“Emily was the best Dog sitter we’ve ever had. She was absolutely amazing. I’m almost afraid to tell how amazing she is for fear she’ll be booked all the time. :). She was truly an answer to prayer! She sent pictures and updates and our dogs had a blast!”

About: Hello, fellow pet lovers , nervous leaving your pet? Don't fret! My name is Melissa, I have well over a decade of pet care experience including prior employment offering pet services In Florida ! I'm home all day/night! I have been an animal lover all my life. I have had many years of experience caring for all types of dogs and also being a foster home for dogs in the past. When I have your pups in my care, I strive to spend one on one time with each of our furry guests ! Your pet will have my undivided attention. Everyday, rain or shine, They are spoiled, loved & nurtured. You can go on vacation & enjoy peace of mind knowing that your precious fur-baby is safe and happy! I know all too well how difficult it is to part with your pup when out of town. My goal is to ensure your dog feels safe, secure and relaxed until they're reunited with you! You can be sure that your four-legged family members will feel like they're at home while staying with my family and I. My husband and children are very involved with each and every dog that walks into our home :) We love ALL breeds and have no issue with any of them! We usually limit ourselves to 3 or occasionally 4 guest dogs at a time, so the environment is calm, and our guest pups enjoy the freedom of the house, becoming part of our family during their stay.
“Jillian took great care of my two pugs. She stayed with them overnight for a week, since pictures and gave great feedback that they were doing well. I would absolutely recommend Jillian and I will definitely be utilizing her services again.”

“Christine house sat for two nights with my dogs Jake and Kobe. She was attentive, punctual and a great communicator. She was awesome with my dogs and left my home in immaculate condition. I appreciated her attention to their needs and I will definitely ask her to watch them again sometime.”

About: I have always loved pets from a young age. Throughout my life I have had the privilege to own 3 dogs and a cat. I absolutely loved all of them! Growing up I was always expected to take care of the pets when my parents were at work or out of town. I pretty much have unlimited experience as I take care of my dogs every day. I also have experience with new dogs as I was a pet sitter for a year in high-school. I am a student athlete at Appalachian State, I run cross country and track. I may not be as flexible as others, but I make up for that with the care that I will provide when I am free! Saturday, Sunday, and Monday are my most free days. Perfect for when you need a weekend getaway, or a long day of work on Monday! I am unable to provide at home services at my place as unfortunately I live in an apartment. I will gladly take care of your pet in your home or at park, wherever you prefer! I just love animals and I can spend hours playing or just hours laying down!
About: From a very young age, my family had all kinds of animals. I have experience with many breeds of dogs, including Rottweilers, pit bulls, hunting dogs, and rescues, along with horses, pigs, a variety of birds, and hampsters, chinchillas, and a guinnea pig! I was a large animal vet tech (horses, cattle, goats and farm dogs!) before becoming a nurse, and I also grew up with a dog who had diabetes, and have helped several friends treat their puppies at home for Parvo. Also being a nurse, I'm very comfortable with giving injections, wound care, and coaxing your fur baby to take meds :) I work full time, but that still gives me 4 days off a week. I love to be outside and spend my time with animals, walking dogs is a great way to do both! I can be pretty flexible and early morning/late night visits to check on your critters aren't an issue at all for me. Hope to hear from you soon!
About: I’ve grown up with dogs and I love them with all my heart. I’m chronically ill with fibromyalgia and I’m home most of the time. I would give adequate attention and smooches to the dogs. 🖤 I’ve also had puppies and had senior dogs. I currently doordash part-time but my fibromyalgia kicks my butt most days. I’m usually home with plenty of free time and affection for the doggies 🖤 I live in an apartment that is two stories. It will have adequate room inside for most dogs and there is a small yard that they can potty on. Inside a client’s home I would make sure everything is safe and sound for the dog
“Sierra was wonderful with our two dogs! She took care of them like they were her own. She sent us pictures and made sure to keep us updated on how they were doing. We are looking forward to working with her again! Thank you!”

About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was 7 years old, with hands-on experience caring for cats, dogs, and horses. Growing up, I was responsible not only for my own pets but also for friends’ and neighbors’ animals, which gave me experience with a wide range of personalities, temperaments, and care needs. I have extensive experience house sitting for dogs and cats as well as barn sitting for horses, so I’m comfortable managing multiple animals and maintaining structured routines. I’ve cared for puppies and kittens who need patience and training reinforcement, as well as senior pets who require gentle handling, medication support, and extra attention. What sets me apart is my lifelong hands-on experience, reliability, and ability to adapt to each animal’s unique personality. I treat every pet like they’re my own and prioritize safety, structure, and lots of love. As a graduate student I have a flexible schedule that allows me to build pet care seamlessly into my daily routine. I’m an early riser and am happy to provide check-ins or walks as early as 6:00 AM. I also have afternoon availability most weekdays and wide-open availability on weekends. Because I have more control over my class schedule, I’m able to adjust around clients’ needs to make sure their pets are consistently cared for. As an exercise science student, I’m very active and love bringing furry friends along for walks or runs (depending on their activity level). Whether your pet needs a quick potty break, a long walk, or weekend companionship, I can provide reliable, structured care that fits both their routine and yours. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets. I carefully follow each pet’s established routine, including feeding schedules, exercise needs, medication instructions, and any house rules (crate training, furniture boundaries, etc.). Consistency helps pets feel secure and reduces stress while their owners are away. In a client’s home, I am respectful, clean, and attentive to both the pet and the environment. I double-check doors, gates, and leashes, remain aware of surroundings on walks, and closely monitor body language — especially with high-energy or reactive dogs. I create a calm, structured environment with plenty of enrichment, activity, and affection tailored to the individual pet’s personality and needs. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners feel confident and connected while they’re away. My goal is for pets to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for just like they would with family.
“Katy was an AMAZING dog sitter! Our pup is a little anxious and she was so sweet making sure he was comfortable and happy. She sent us updates and pictures and was very quick to respond whenever I messaged her to check in. She stayed at our place and was a wonderful guest. We came home to a super clean house and everything exactly as we left it. Wally was definitely super happy when he was with her and I would 1000% use Katy again to dog/house sit!”

“Katie was wonderful with the dogs. They love her! She is reliable and left the house clean and picked up! I am so lucky to have found her! We will be in touch again for sure. ☺️☺️”

About: I have been fostering & training animals for rescues and shelters since 2009. I enjoy fostering because it helps more animals in the long run, I am great with animals that are unruly & have vet technician experience, so you can be sure your animal is in great hands when at my home or in my care, I love cats, dogs & caged animals & will go above and beyond for them. I can do things that most animal caretakers aren’t comfortable with, such as administer medications, light training, cleaning, bathing, grooming, even go pet shopping if needed! I will treat your babies as my own 😊 I have a huge yard & I live a few miles from a park with a walking trail. I own my business and work from home on my own schedule so I can work around my animal care schedule if needed. I have a 6 month old but can and will refrain from contact if needed. I have pets of my own as well as fosters at any given time, however my house is split level and plenty big enough to separate my animals from visiting one's to ensure safety.
“Calli is competent and caring, and gave us complete peace of mind that our house and dog were in good hands while we were away. She kept us informed and we returned to a happy dog after a long trip. Calli has our highest recommendation!”
“First time Rover user and couldn’t have picked a better sitter! Taylor was wonderful during her entire booking and even made time meet with me prior to the stay. She sent updates and pictures of my girl daily. I couldn't be happier. I will be booking with Taylor again.”

About: Dogs feel at ease with me because I bring a calm, easygoing energy that helps them settle in and feel right at home. Whether your pup’s full of energy or prefers a slower pace, I meet them where they’re at. I’ve spent a lot of time with bigger breeds and feel totally comfortable handling their strength and quirks. My goal is always to make sure your dog feels safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away. I’m currently in school part-time in the mornings-afternoon for only about 3 hours a day or less. I don’t have any other commitments so I have a lot of free time! I live in a pet friendly environment and there are no other animals in the house. My house is usually a quiet environment and there wouldn’t be very many restrictions for your pet. I am open to doing anything in the home I need to to make your pet feel comfortable.
About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I’ve been blessed to love and care for pups of all ages — from energetic puppies who need patience and structure, to sweet senior dogs who need a little extra gentleness and attention. Growing up around dogs taught me more than just the basics of feeding and walking. It taught me how to read their body language, understand their different personalities, and recognize when they need comfort, space, playtime, or reassurance. Every dog is different, and I truly respect that. I know how important it is to trust someone with your fur baby. They’re family. My goal is always to make them feel safe, loved, and at home while you’re away. Whether that means long walks, play sessions, sticking closely to their routine, or just quiet cuddles on the couch, I’m happy to meet them where they are. Your dog won’t just be watched — they’ll be cared for with patience, kindness, and genuine love. As a stay-at-home dog mom, I’m home the majority of the time, which allows me to be fully present and flexible for your fur babies. My schedule is very open, so I’m available most days and times to provide attentive, loving care. Because I’m not juggling a full-time job outside of the home, your pet won’t be left alone and will receive consistent supervision, potty breaks, playtime, and cuddles throughout the day. I truly enjoy being home and caring for animals, so pet sitting fits naturally into my daily routine and allows me to give each dog the time, patience, and attention they deserve. 🐶💛 When caring for pets in my home, I focus on creating a calm, safe, and loving environment where they feel comfortable and secure. I follow each pet’s usual routine as closely as possible — including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walk times, medications, and bedtime habits — because I know consistency helps reduce stress. Pets in my care receive plenty of supervision, affection, playtime, and rest. Since I stay home, they’re rarely left alone and always have someone nearby to make them feel safe and cared for. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect both the pet’s routine and the owner’s space. I make sure feeding instructions, walk schedules, medications, and any special care needs are followed exactly as requested. I keep things tidy, provide regular updates with photos, and make sure your pet feels comfortable in their familiar environment. My goal in either setting is the same — to treat your fur baby like family and give you peace of mind while you’re away.
About: I’ve always been around animals and have always loved them! I approach very gently and bring snacks or treats as long as it’s allowed and no allergies, toys of course, walks to parks if allowed, to pools, I just love spoiling pets in the best ways they can be! If you need me to put any medication or give anything I can do that for you! I work full time but am able to take as much time to walk pets or run any errands I need to, I’m in car sales so it’s pretty lenient, any time off I’m available to do anything I just clean at home or hangout with my Godchild and best friend! Making sure anything is put away that can be broken or torn; I always call it baby proofing the house because if it’s baby proofed it’s pet proof, as long as no baby toys are around lol. In my home; I separate my kittens from the other pets and assure they get along first and let them smell any of their toys or anything that has their scent and vise versa to get them accustomed to the other animal
