About: I have been pet-sitting for my neighbors, family, and friends since I was 12. I have worked with all types of animals including cats, birds, and lizards. I have worked with senior dogs who needed special medication and treatment. I am currently a student at App State, however, most of my classes are online freeing up most of my day. I am available most weekends. I have a car to commute with as well. When providing care and attention to animals in the absence of their owners managed services, food, medical needs, and supplies. Provide House sitting duties which included collecting mail, newspaper, and packages, watering plants, put garbage/recycling bins out on designated days if needed by the owner. I provide a safe and nurturing environment for the animal. I take into account any special request the owner has for their pet.

About: I have always loved pets from a young age. Throughout my life I have had the privilege to own 3 dogs and a cat. I absolutely loved all of them! Growing up I was always expected to take care of the pets when my parents were at work or out of town. I pretty much have unlimited experience as I take care of my dogs every day. I also have experience with new dogs as I was a pet sitter for a year in high-school. I am a student athlete at Appalachian State, I run cross country and track. I may not be as flexible as others, but I make up for that with the care that I will provide when I am free! Saturday, Sunday, and Monday are my most free days. Perfect for when you need a weekend getaway, or a long day of work on Monday! I am unable to provide at home services at my place as unfortunately I live in an apartment. About: I grew up on a small farm in North Carolina with a veterinarian mom, so I’ve always been surrounded by animals of every age along with special needs animals. I started working as a tech assistant when I was 14 on my summer breaks and pet sat throughout the school year. I can administer medications, handle special needs animals, and animals of any age. I have a very flexible schedule, and am available all day Monday, Friday and weekends as well as late morning and afternoons on Tuesday and Wednesday. I currently do not have a fenced in backyard and have made the adjustment to getting my 3 year old pitty enough exercise with strictly leash walking! About: I was fortunate enough to grow up with a mother who is a dog trainer and foster-fail enthusiast, so I’ve been gathering animal care experience my whole life. There have almost always been 10+ animals in my home at any given time, and I’ve pet sit the whole house more times than I can count. Growing up, I walked neighbors’ dogs and assisted my mom’s training classes, particularly for reactive dogs and proper handling. I taught my own dog, Jojen, tricks to perform in my school talent show in third grade. I’ve learned how to administer medication, bottle feed kittens, and confidently read an animal’s body language. I also worked in a professional setting both as an assistant dog groomer and a caretaker at PetSuites while I was in high-school. Currently, I’m a wildlife biology student at Lees-McRae College, with a focus in wildlife rehabilitation. My love of animals extends far beyond just cats and dogs, so if you have any other furry or non-furry friends, I would love to meet them too! Currently I’m in a theatre production at Lees McRae so between classes and rehearsal my weekdays are limited. Most weekends I will have full availability and after Feburary 16th my weekday evenings will open up! I love animals of all shapes and sizes. The preference and routines the pet parent has established will always take precidence in how I care for an animal, but always there will be copious amounts of love put into the work!

About: I have grown up volunteering in my local humane society, but have been working in dog daycare for the past 2 years. I also have experience caring for other pets including cats, fish, and even lizards! I offer both walking and house sitting services, but will also train basic commands upon request. My schedule is pretty open as I am home for summer break and am available at any point throughout the day. I am a college student so I will be gone for some parts of the year, but am available when I am home for breaks. my main priority with caring for dogs is to make sure they are as happy and healthy as possible. that can look a variety of ways depending on the dog, but i prefer to offer endless snuggles and training of some sort to provide the perfect amount of stimulation.
