About: I've cared for dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, fish, pigs, goats, chickens, and more. If you've got animals, I'm happy to chat about their needs! My routine is very flexible so my day and week can change to accommodate your pet's needs! I can drop in, walk, and play with your pet as often as is needed! My pet-sitting will be done in the client's home to avoid stressing the pet, keep them safe, and help them know that their owner is coming back. It establishes a good routine to have me come to them! When I come over, I come with their favorite treat in hand so they come to think of me as a special visitor. Then I meet their physical needs, like food, water, litter box, etc. For my dog friends, I get them on their walk right away to avoid accidents. We enjoy long or short walks depending on the owner's preference and the pet's health conditions. After our walk, we have some bonding time before I head out. About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and have cared for four dogs of different ages, breeds, and sizes. I currently have an 8-year-old mutt named Tucker who is incredibly sweet. Tucker previously went through heartworm treatment, so I have experience following medication schedules and giving medication as directed. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playing, basic grooming, and giving pets plenty of attention. I’ve also owned and cared for parrots, iguanas, lizards, hamsters, and many other animals. I genuinely love animals and will treat every pet like one of my own. I’m currently in college and only have about three hours of class on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of free time to give your pets the attention they deserve. I’m available throughout most of the week for walks, drop-ins, playtime, feeding, and spending quality time with your pets. My apartment is very pet-friendly and comfortable, with plenty of places for dogs to relax. I even have a couch specifically for dogs, along with a dog bed and other cozy spots throughout the apartment. I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and at home while they’re with me, and I’m happy to follow any routines or special instructions you provide.
