About: I have taken care of animals ever since I was younger. I would get paid to walk dogs around my neighborhood and to check on cats. I love hanging out and loving on all animals! Being in college, it makes it hard to have one of my own, but this will allow me to opportunity to be around all the animals that I love! I treat and love your pets as if they are my own! Due to unforeseen circumstances, Mark helped us on short notice and was able to provide us peace and reassurance that our babies were cared for! Mark kept our male and female German Shepherds, and they had an absolute blast. Mark sent us multiple photos and videos and kept us very up-to-date on what they were doing throughout their visit. He asked questions about their personalities and needs that showcased his care and attention to detail. With his knowledge and experience with German Shepherds, it really shined in the care he provided them! About: Cared for dogs, cats, and various farm animals for many years in a variety of contexts. 31 years old Born and raised in Wilkes county, Appstate grad, traveled the world working on farms, taking care of children, and playing/caring for animals all the while Since I'm a teacher, I am very free during the summer, weekends, and during all the other breaks in the school schedule. During the summer (till mid August) I will be spending large amounts of time either in your home or taking care of pets as the larger portion of my day and night. During the school year, I will be able to provide intensive attention after normal work hours, and rich weekend experiences for your pets. My availability during the different holiday breaks like Spring and Christmas break are much like the summer. I will be sure to respect and follow any instructions given to a tee and deliver prompt communication throughout the entire process. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your furry family member is in loving, reliable hands. As a college student, I don’t have the time to have a pet of my own right now, so pet sitting is the perfect way for me to spend time with animals while helping other pet owners. I genuinely enjoy caring for pets, whether that means going on walks, playing, or simply keeping them company. Pet care fits well into my schedule, and I love being able to give pets the attention and care they deserve while their owners are away. I primarily provide care in my clients’ homes because I believe pets are happiest and most comfortable in their familiar environment. I follow each pet’s normal routine, including feeding, walks, playtime, medication (if needed), and lots of love and attention. I also make sure their home stays clean and secure while they’re away. If I care for a pet in my own home, I’ll provide a safe, calm, and pet-friendly environment where they receive plenty of supervision, exercise, and affection.
About: I grew up with two dogs in my house, a pug and an English lab. I have extensive experience caring for animals and have cared for many pets for neighbors, friends, and family since I was in my teenage years. I am able to walk high energy dogs and have the flexibility with my schedule to spend 30 minutes to one-hour visits if needed. I just started a new job in Boone which means I have more flexibility in the spring/summer, less in the fall/winter. I can commit to short but frequent visits and/or longer drop ins that can include a walk and some play time. I am able to drive to your house and safely care for your animals. About: I have a long history of in house pet sitting over the last 15 years as well as caring for my own. I feel comfortable with puppies, older dogs, giving medicine and exercising hyper dogs. I have 15 year old super mutt (junkyard dog as we like to say) and a 1.5 year old chocolate lab who are both well socialized and love all dogs. I have an extremely flexible schedule currently. Id love to be walking any dogs during the work day so they are nice and rested when you get home! My pets are beyond spoiled. But I wouldn't have it any other way! “Do you want your pets to feel so at home and comfortable that they are upset when they leave? Mark's house is the place to be! Due to unforeseen circumstances, Mark helped us on short notice and was able to provide us peace and reassurance that our babies were cared for! Mark kept our male and female German Shepherds, and they had an absolute blast. Mark sent us multiple photos and videos and kept us very up-to-date on what they were doing throughout their visit. He asked questions about their personalities and needs that showcased his care and attention to detail. With his knowledge and experience with German Shepherds, it really shined in the care he provided them! I would definitely recommend Mark, and especially recommend Mark to people with German Shepherds or working line dogs! We and our babies would love to use Mark again!”

It was the first time leaving Lana overnight and Kitty made the whole process really smooth for us. She gave us time to get Lana settled and listened to our preferences for some house rules during the time there. She went over and above to give us not only updates and photo check ins but she also shared really valuable tips she had noticed in terms of our pup's development and maturing and was actively invested in working on them while Lana was with her.
