House Sitting in Sherwood

About: I have been pet-sitting for many people in my neighborhood since I was 11. I love animals and providing a loving presence while their owners are away! I am a student at App State, and committed to my studies, but can certainly fit in time to take care of your furry ones. Right now I’m taking a summer class in the month of June, which is 8-10 am everyday. I usually work in the evenings during the week. I’ll always let you know if I’m working during your booking! At my apartment I keep my cat, Lucy, inside. She’s fed twice a day and I clean out her litter box every day. My roommates all love her too. When I had dogs growing up, we had a fenced in backyard and loved taking them out on adventures and playing with them at home.

About: Hey there! I’m Christine! I am a lifelong animal lover with over 4 years of experience in dog walking and sitting. Growing up, I was always surrounded by furry friends, and that passion has only grown since then. I believe every walk is an adventure, and I love to play and have fun with dogs of all shapes and sizes. Your pup will get plenty of exercise, love, and attention while they’re with me. I will also treat your dog with the same love I give to my own family. My schedule is pretty relaxed especially now being summer so I will have much time to care for your pet's needs practically all day if necessary! I have been taking care of my own dogs for years and will be able to ensure that they are safely kept inside/outside during the day and in their proper sleeping quarters for night.

About: I grew up with two dogs in my house, a pug and an English lab. I have extensive experience caring for animals and have cared for many pets for neighbors, friends, and family since I was in my teenage years. I am able to walk high energy dogs and have the flexibility with my schedule to spend 30 minutes to one-hour visits if needed. I am currently job hunting; therefore, my schedule is flexible. I have the time to care for your animals based on your schedules and can make any times work. I can commit to short but frequent visits and/or longer drop ins that can include a walk and some play time. I am able to drive to your house and safely care for your animals. I grew up with animals and around animals making me comfortable with all breeds and temperaments. I am extremely detail oriented and have wide experience house sitting and dog/cat sitting. I enjoy getting animals outside for walks or taking them to a dog park for fresh air and new smells.

About: I have had pets in my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, fish, lizards, and even tarantulas! I work part time in a restaurant so my schedule is very flexible and open. I can work some longer night shifts so I unfortunately can’t always take care of puppies I will pay attention to the details you leave for me and communicate very clearly throughout the process. I think routine is important to animals and I intend to respect that.

About: I've been loving my cat and dog for a good 15 years, and have plenty of love for your babies too! I'm comfortable administering meds and caring for older animals. From my volunteering, I can handle many temperaments. I'm confident in walking a good few miles as well. I'm currently working part-time, and its the summer so Im out of school and have plenty of time to dedicate to your babies! I'm officially only unavailable on Tuesdays from 4-6. I'm a morning bird and night owl! I have a fenced in yard with an older pup and a calm older kitty. It's just my Mom and I at home, so a calm, quiet environment. We've got a large backyard and plenty of energy to provide if needed!

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, and I know how to train and love them endlessly! I will ensure that they get the best care they deserve! Most days I am done with classes by 3, and can walk your dogs however far you may want! Most weekends work for me at any time as well! I know how to gain their trust in the beginning. About: I absolutely love animals and have been pet sitting for a while now and have also grown up with both dogs and cats in the home. I have pet sat for both dogs and cats since late high school. Back home I have 2 dogs, German Shepard(11F) and great dane/German Shepard mix(1M) and I have a cat back home as well who is 12. I have experience with animals of all different ages, from 5 months to senior(16 years) with dogs and 3 months to about 12 years for cats. I also have experience with both indoor and outdoor cats, I have one of each and have cared for other people's as well. I currently do not have work and am available all day Friday through Sunday. During the week I have classes but am available to drop in for pet care before, in between, and after classes. I follow the client's instructions exactly and ensure that the clients pets get the care they need.

About: I grew up beside a high energy husky pup who was my very best friend and the one who taught me what it means to love animals deeply. My mom modeled what it looks like to truly care for your pets as family, always prioritizing their exercise, comfort, and happiness. Now I have two pups of my own, and I finally understand what it means to devote your every day to their care. It can be stressful at times, but I wouldn’t change it for the world. Raising pets really does take a community, and I’m so grateful for the one I’ve built here in Boone. Because of it, my pups are always supported, able to socialize, and infinitely loved. I want to make sure you and your pets have that opportunity too. I work part-time at Watauga Opportunities and recently graduated from Appalachian State! I’m always looking for extra ways to move my body, so dog sitting and walking gigs are truly a luxury for me: a chance to do something I love while helping others care for their pets. I'm available most weekends and am happy to work around your needs! I have a fenced in yard for playtime at my home, either solo or with other dogs. I like to keep a consistent routine for the animals I care for, so I’ll do my best to match their usual schedule and make them feel right at home. As for dog walking, it's important that your pup gets the adequate amount of exercise for their breed- so of course I will try to match that as well.

She sent us updates and pictures and was very quick to respond whenever I messaged her to check in. She stayed at our place and was a wonderful guest.
