About: Throughout middle and high school I was a local dog sitter to several different families in my neighborhood. Now, I spend my time volunteering at the local animal shelter or pet sitting. I currently am in graduate school at Appalachian State. I am only in class Monday and Tuesdays and the rest of the week I work part time at a school. I have a fenced yard where my black lab can safety run around in. Working at Dogwood Acres has allowed me to be able to provide trained dog walks as well as supervised play time. I can also be responsible for feeding them and watching them throughout the night if necessary. As a dog owner myself, I understand how important is it to feel that your pet is in a trusted environment, I can promise you I will make their stay as safe and fun as possible!

“All I can say is Gad is awesome.we just completed a two week trip and Gad took care of our fur babies while we were gone . Our dogs loved him and he spent a lot of time with them. They are both senior dogs and need a lot of care . Pills twice a day etc… and Gad went over and beyond expectations. One of my dogs wasn’t eating for a couple of days and Gad even bought him chicken and grilled it on the grill for him . Well needless to say my dog ate . Gad is very respectful and very responsible.
