About: I’ve always been an animal lover, from horses to reptiles! I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, and some of the others throughout. We recently lost our dog to cancer at just shy of 13 years old, and I’m currently volunteering as a dog walker at the animal shelter to help fill that void. With the limited hours available there, I thought we could try this avenue as well. I work full time, but my daughter and I would love to find a dog to walk Wednesday through Friday evenings, or weekends! We are available some weekends for dog/cat care while you’re away as well. About: I grew up on a farm and so I have been taking care of a variety of animals since I was a child. I’ve had many dogs and cats as well as other farm animals so I have a wide range of experiences. I am capable of both infant and senior animal care if needed as well. I am currently a student and working part time but I have lots of time before and after my classes and work to care for animals, I have a car and live close to the town center of Boone. About: Cared for dogs, cats, and various farm animals for many years in a variety of contexts. 31 years old Born and raised in Wilkes county, Appstate grad, traveled the world working on farms, taking care of children, and playing/caring for animals all the while Since I'm a teacher, I am very free during the summer, weekends, and during all the other breaks in the school schedule. During the summer (till mid August) I will be spending large amounts of time either in your home or taking care of pets as the larger portion of my day and night. I have experience administering medications to sick animals, hand feeding injured puppies, walking several pets at once, and managing dogs & cats that are a bit wild. I’ve even cared for lizards, turtles, fish, plants (haha), hamsters, birds, & rabbits. Whatever their needs, I will make sure they feel safe, loved, & at home while they’re with me. I am a potter who works from my home studio, and I make my own schedule- so I can generally be flexible and accommodate your pets needs. I love having pets in my home, and breaking away from my studio to get some fresh air and puppy/kitty love too! If I’m working on a big project, it’s nice to have to flexibility to come and go from my studio when possible, or have your pet there with me- but I have worked out all kinds of house sit/drop in/boarding arrangements according to the needs of clients and their pets. Let’s talk! I live in a peaceful home with a large fenced in backyard, and nice quiet streets to walk with your pet as needed. I will follow whatever routines you generally stick to and prefer when working with your animals. About: I have taken care of animals ever since I was younger. I would get paid to walk dogs around my neighborhood and to check on cats. I love hanging out and loving on all animals! Being in college, it makes it hard to have one of my own, but this will allow me to opportunity to be around all the animals that I love! I treat and love your pets as if they are my own! At school there is plenty of grass for the dogs to run around and I am able to bring the crate and everything into my apartment if needed. Cats, I am also available to do whatever is helpful and needed! I have my own space with no other animals!

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life! I’ve done everything from fostering to raising litters of puppies and kittens. I’m an active person so there is no shortage of playtime. I’m very dedicated to providing the love and support pets need! Caring for pets is always a priority of mine as I currently own a dog and cat myself. I work part time so my schedule is very flexible. I have a spare bedroom in my house with a large mattress for pets to rest on. There is space for a crate if needed. My backyard is very spacious. My area is fairly quiet as I live outside the city.
