Doggy Day Care in Todd

About: I currently own 2 cats, 2 dogs, and 4 chickens. I have plenty of space and separate rooms for dogs that prefer being alone or are easily scared. I have experience with all different pet personalities and can adapt my home and schedule to accommodate almost any need. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, making dog boarding, day care, or home stays a breeze. I am available for drop in visits and walks during early morning, late afternoon, and evening hours during the week. I am familiar with administering multiple types of medications such as pills, ear drops, and liquid oral medications if required. Can devote much of my time to walking dogs in my large yard and have two sweet and energetic pups that are always ready to play with newcomers. I currently work from home and am available for daycare, home stays, or boarding any time. I am available mornings and evenings during the week and all weekend long for drop-ins and walks. I have two friendly dogs that are both crate-trained. I also have a large and open yard with a runner to keep pets secure while giving them plenty of outdoor time. I have several rooms in the house that can be used as a private space for your pup during boarding.

“I was visiting Wilkesboro on a business trip from FL and did not know a soul there. Because it is a small town, there are not currently any large doggie daycare centers like I am accustomed to back at home. I turned to Rover and discovered Chelsey only a few miles from my hotel. We spoke on the phone prior to my booking and I felt comfortable leaving my precious red moyen poodle puppy Ritz with her for the day I was busy working. She sent pupdates in the form of texts and photos throughout the day to assure me that my dog was safe and happy. When I picked him up, she praised his leash walking and said she wishes we lived closer because she’d love to watch him again. If we lived closer, I would use her services again. Ritz seemed very happy with Chelsey because when I picked him up, he didn’t race over to me like he’d normally do. He was happy being close to Chelsey. Most importantly, Chelsey asks dog parents how they want their dogs cared for and she follows those instructions. She is more than happy to snuggle with your dog if your dog prefers human interaction over playing with her dogs and the other pups in her care. When one of her school age children returned home in the afternoon, she told me he and Ritz really hit it off and had a blast playing.”

About: Is your pup in need of some fenced in fun?? My husband and I are full time Boone residents. We have two dogs of our own, both Aussie mixes. Their names are June and Cricket. They are sweet pups with plenty of energy! They love spending time playing with other dogs. We live between Foscoe and Boone, and make for a perfect doggie daycare spot. Whether you are heading to work for the day or just need to drop off for a couple hours while you run errands, we would love to care for (and tucker out) your pup! I am a stay at home mom to my two kiddos. I work a few hours here and there but am flexible. My dogs are indoor, but are free to roam around our fenced in yard and deck. If you trust us with your pup, they will have access to fresh water, and bathroom breaks at least every 2 hours. If outside, they will have access to shade, covered porch, and water as well. Did I mention our yard is fenced in?? When not playing in the yard or sunbathing on the porch, our dogs may be getting cool (or warming up) in our home. We allow them on the couch, but close off bedrooms. One dog is crated, she is often a chewer, but the other typically lays on the couch while we are out. We do not leave them in the yard when gone. We can be flexible to meet your needs!
