About: I started working with animals 8 years ago as a volunteer at a rescue barn. I've volunteered with about 3 other rescues and shelters, from walking dogs to monitoring health conditions. I just want to show all those little furry family members the love they deserve, and make sure they can be well taken care of if you are unable or temporarily absent. I currently only work 7-2 on weekends. Otherwise, I'm wide open and would love to run and play with your pets! We love treats and I'm a quick learner. Your routine, becomes my routine. I prefer to get a play by play of each animal's daily life at home so I can most relate their stay with me in my home to it. From feeding times to walking times and even play times, I love to have a set schedule to make all our lives easier. Of course flexibility is a must, and I'm happy to follow any needs that are seen fit because the animal's well being is top priority.

I have over 30 years experience caring for dogs of all ages and sizes and use positive reinforcement to keep them happy and well behaved. I will also care for your cats if they are also part of your family. I don't just watch your dog. I interact, play, and give loving one-on-one attention throughout the day. They can expect doggie massages, play time and snuggle time. It's important to me that your dog feel comfortable but I also set good boundaries. I would love to meet you and your baby! Your pets will feel safe with me and your home will be respected, left in the same condition as when you left it. I work part time outside the home and occasionally work from home. When I am working I’m usually not gone more than about. 6 hours. If I am coming into your home you can trust that I will follow whatever schedule or routine you have for your pets. About: I’ve had my own dogs since I was a freshman in high school. I also graduated with my degree in Wildlife Biology and worked at an animal rehabilitation center for 3 years. So I am very familiar with both of their needs and how to take care of them. I’ve had two labs, one tuxedo cat and one tortoiseshell cat. I was responsible for mostly taking care of my cats. Everyday I would clean their litterboxes, give them water/food and play with them. I’ve also watched my mom’s cat Stitch when she goes on vacation . As for my dogs I would feed them and give them water, take them on walks in my nearby park, clean up their waste and give them lots of love. In my free time I spend time with friends, watch movies, read books, listen to music, crochet, and go to the gym. I also love musicals and I’ve seen many shows with my mom. My favorite musical theater show is Phantom of the Opera. I saw it on broadway before it closed. My favorite movie is The Lion King (1994), I will watch it on repeat and never get bored of it, and my favorite character is Simba. I also love traveling and exploring different parts of the world. My favorite places I’ve been to are Warsaw, Poland and Athens Greece. I’m a college student, so I’m mostly available on the weekends. But durning the Summer I will be more available and flexible to schedule pet appointments I will make sure your animal has enough food/water, that the litter box/yard has been cleaned up, and I will also make sure your pets feel very loved.
