About: Hi my name is Gavin and I have been surrounded by dogs my entire life! I have always lived with at least 3 at a time. My love and appreciation for Dogs are endless! I’ve had big and small dogs, pit bulls and pugs to German Shepherd. My special skills include handling big, hyper and clingy dogs but of course I love small dogs! Pet care fits easily into my weekly routine because I’m generally free Monday through Wednesday aside from brief errands. This allows me to spend most of the day with pets while house sitting and gives me plenty of flexibility for drop-in visits and walks. I can plan my day around each pet’s normal feeding, potty, exercise, and care schedule so they receive consistent attention and companionship. I care for pets in their own home by following their normal routine and their owner’s instructions as closely as possible. I provide feeding and fresh water, walks and potty breaks, playtime and companionship, and litter-box or basic cleanup. I’m also comfortable giving oral and topical medications, as I give my own cat oral medication every day. Growing up on a farm, I’ve tended to animals my whole life, when I worked with the cliffs I would spend a lot of time pet sitting for our members.
