About: I've been around dogs my entire life and have had dogs since I was a child. Caring for animals comes naturally to me, and I currently have a dog of my own, so I understand the importance of providing pets with love, attention, exercise, and a consistent routine. I have previous experience dog sitting and caring for pets for friends, family, and others, including feeding, walking, playtime, and ensuring they feel comfortable and safe while their owners are away. I treat every pet as if they were my own and strive to provide reliable, attentive care that gives both pets and their owners peace of mind. I’m currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to care for your pups! I am also available weekends to care for your animals overnight if needed. When caring for pets in a client's home, I do my best to maintain their normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure. I follow all instructions provided by the owner, including feeding schedules, walks, medication administration (if needed), playtime, and any special care requirements. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while keeping their environment clean and safe. I also provide updates, photos, and communication so owners can feel confident that their pets are happy and well cared for while they're away. My goal is to treat every pet and home with the same respect and care I would give my own.

All of my specific feeding instructions were followed exactly, which was important since my cats are on different diets. Extra care was taken to play with the cats and help them feel comfortable. Alix also gave us a heads-up about a local storm warning and checked in to ask how to help our cats feel safe. As a thoughtful touch, a little gift bag with toys and treats was left behind. Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely book again in the future :)”
