We couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised and wrong in our initial assessment. He only asked intentional and poinient questions to get exactly the information he needed to provide an exceptional service; he didn't need additional clarification which made us think, wrongly, he was not fully engaged. Brady was excellent with our dog and cat while we were away. He took extra time to play with them daily even though it wasn't required. He was also easily willing to check on the house, find a missing mail package, and ensure the dog (who has storm anxiety) was her usual self after a major storm. He was very responsive to texts through the app even at odd times of day. We appreciate his willingness to be flexible with our delayed and changing flights and his anticipation of our needs. About: Since I was little I’ve taken care of not only my own dog, but also but friends’, families’, and neighbors’! I also have experience with senior dogs (my own dog) and puppies!!
