“He is super prompt, right on time if not a few minutes early. He made sure to double check with me on the times before the actual scheduled stay. Thomas was awesome with my dog. He is a senior pup and he was still going through some issues with dermatitis and his ears. He is very timid and doesn't do well at first greetings. Thomas was super patient with him as my pup got used to him. He made sure to help clean his ears throughout the stay, provide him his meds, and put his cone on when necessary. He kept me up to date throughout his stay to let me know how my pup was doing. At the end he gave a quick summary to let me know how it went overall. When I came home, I could tell that my timid pup really bonded with Thomas and was really comfortable with him. Will definitely book him again and suggest him to anyone else.”
