About: What sets me apart is my genuine love for animals and hands-on experience caring for pets of different ages and personalities. As a dog owner myself, I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I also volunteered for two years at the Santa Fe Humane Society, where I gained experience working with a variety of dogs and learned how to stay patient, attentive, and calm in different situations. From house sitting, dog walking to administering medications, I have had the opportunity to care for so many different animals. I make sure pets are safe in the home, that they are maintained on a secure leash during walks, avoid encounters with other dogs/animals during walks, I check to make sure there is no access to items that could harm them, and pay attention to overall general health. I believe for the most part the safest environment for a pet is in their own home where they are comfortable.

About: Weekend boarding, weekday walks and weekday visits are what I have to offer. Cuddling, petting, belly rubs, hiking, whatever your doggie needs I’m happy to supply the love. I love animals and am a vegetarian- that stated, I have no problem feeding doggies raw meals or whatever diet you prefer. I’m very patient and kind. About: I have cared for dogs and cats my whole life so I understand the basics of training and taking care of them. I currently have an orange tabby named Prince who gets along super well with other dogs and cats! No worries if your pet doesn’t get along with others though, I can also have other people watch him while yours stays. I can care for pets whenever, I have classes throughout the week but since I stay on campus I’m never more than 5 minutes walking distance away from my dorm. On average I have about 3 hours of classes per week day so I’m home the rest of the time. I will be able to board always and do dog walks any day of the week. I have reliable transportation as well. My dorm is quite large so I have space to take care of pets, as well as toys and food and a litter box for cats if you can’t bring yours. I also live in a very outdoorsy campus so I can take dogs on long nature walks.
