Michelle and her family were the perfect fit for Mylene. It was so nice to not have to worry about Mylene while on vacation. I could tell that Mylene received a ton of attention on Mylene’s terms, exercise and clear/consistent direction from Michelle. This is why her stay went smoothly and she didn’t destroy anything due to not being stressed and she was able play with 2 other dogs. About: I've had dogs and taken care of them since I was a young child. As an adult I’ve fostered dogs for over 5 years, taking care of all types of dogs. I have experience potty training, house breaking, bathing, and more. The dogs I have fostered came from all sorts of backgrounds; homeless, abusive households, neglected, seniors, disabled (blind, deaf, hard of hearing, missing limbs). I enjoy spending time with all animals and animals like to be around me. Currently working on my dog trainer certification I have a flexible schedule since I work from home most of the time. As a dog owner myself I spend a lot of time taking care of my dog. We go on walks 3 times a day, he gets treats, cuddles and play time all day long. On the weekends when the weather is nice we like to go for short hikes. Unfortunately I sustained a bad fall in 2024 and broke my back; so I am unable to care for any pet over 50lbs or any pet that is leash reactive or pulls on a leash. Since that would aggravate the injury and most definetely stop me from caring for pets all together; I hope you can understand! I have a small backyard where we go play fetch, we also love going to Frenchy’s or many of the other parks in the area for walks and off leash play when the weather is nice. Going for walks 2-3 times a day around the neighborhood as well

About: Since I was five years old I’ve had a dog. At the age of seven my family moved to a ranch where at one time we had up to 15 catahoula/pitbull mixes, labradors, and German Shepherds. I also volunteered for two years at an animal shelter in Bryan, TX. I have dealt with several dogs of different demeanors as well as given first aid to dogs with various injuries. About: Since I was about 9, I have taken care of, and helped to care for pets. I only provide pet care in the owners home as I’ve found it is a far less stressful experience for the pets and the sitter. It’s all I do, so your pets will get tons of attention and affection. I also do occasional dog walking gigs while I’m staying at your home. Your babies are my babies while you’re away, and your home will be treated with the utmost respect. Confidentiality and privacy are considered paramount, always.
About: Upon having taken care of pets for quite some time now. I have learned that all animals need love and compassion like us. I have cared for a variety of animals from mice to snakes and cats to goats. All of the time learning what to do and not to do with every animal. I could tell that Mylene received a ton of attention on Mylene’s terms, exercise and clear/consistent direction from Michelle. This is why her stay went smoothly and she didn’t destroy anything due to not being stressed and she was able play with 2 other dogs.
