About: I have grown up with cats pet sat for my neighbors and help take care 14 cats at my dad office I also have a diabetic cat of my own I take care of. Every morning/evening I give my cat his insulin feed him and my other three make sure their litter boxes are clean and let them outside in my backyard for play time. we have a wall guarding our backyard and when letting the cats out I stay outside with them to watch make sure they are safe

About: I've had dogs and taken care of them since I was a young child. As an adult I’ve fostered dogs for over 5 years, taking care of all types of dogs. I have experience potty training, house breaking, bathing, and more. The dogs I have fostered came from all sorts of backgrounds; homeless, abusive households, neglected, seniors, disabled (blind, deaf, hard of hearing, missing limbs). I enjoy spending time with all animals and animals like to be around me. Currently working on my dog trainer certification I have a flexible schedule since I work from home most of the time. As a dog owner myself I spend a lot of time taking care of my dog. We go on walks 3 times a day, he gets treats, cuddles and play time all day long. On the weekends when the weather is nice we like to go for short hikes. Unfortunately I sustained a bad fall in 2024 and broke my back; so I am unable to care for any pet over 50lbs or any pet that is leash reactive or pulls on a leash. Since that would aggravate the injury and most definetely stop me from caring for pets all together; I hope you can understand! I have a small backyard where we go play fetch, we also love going to Frenchy’s or many of the other parks in the area for walks and off leash play when the weather is nice. Going for walks 2-3 times a day around the neighborhood as well

While I'm new to taking care of pets in a professional setting, I've cared for dogs of all kinds since I was 10 years old. I've always felt a kindred spirit for animals and treat them with the utmost respect and care. From feeding, to bathing, and walking there isn't any dog I haven't enjoyed taking care of or spending time with. I recently lost my sweet boy who was in my life for seven years as he was an elder dog when I adpoted him and that's what brought me to Rover. I can guarantee your pet will be well cared for with me. I have a pretty open schedule right now since I only work part-time. I'm available after 3 pm Monday - Wednesday and have full availibility Thursday - Sunday to care for your fur baby. I'm available for boarding on weekends and can come to your fur baby as well if they prefer being at home. You can have peace of mind knowing that your fur baby will be cared for with full attention to detail. I can ensure a peaceful and calm environment when caring for your pets especailly senior pets who enjoy peace and quiet. If your pet needs a lot of outside time, walks are my specialty. Whatever your pet needs are I can accomodate. I'm always open to meeting with you and your pet to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable.
About: I have a deep respect for animals, their autonomy and their neediness. I have been a caretaker to many walks of life including children, dogs, cats, rabbits and the elderly, throughout my life. I am devoted to treating all walks of life with love and respect and honoring all pet owners wishes for keeping their pet healthy and safe. About: I’ve loved furbabies (dogs & cats and basically any living being) my whole life and grew up helping care for them from a young age. My pup Taz, who I adopted at 10 weeks old, has taught me so much about canine behavior and care. He is currently almost five years old and thriving. I used to work fully remote and we've lived the best van life for a few years, so he's been through and seen it all from coast to coast. I also have over seven years of hands-on experience helping my mom, a dog breeder, care for 20+ litters of puppies. Through that, I’ve built strong skills in puppy care, socialization, and basic training. I’ve even helped certify therapy dogs and participated in visits to hospitals and community spaces, so I’m comfortable handling dogs in different environments. I work a hybrid schedule, which allows me to give your furbabies lots of attention throughout the stay. I make sure they get regular walks, playtime, and personalized care so they feel safe, comfortable, and well loved. As a deaf person, I’m highly observant and attentive, which naturally carries into how I care for your furbabies. I build pet care into my daily routine to ensure they receive consistent attention, structure, and love. Each day typically starts with a morning walk or playtime, followed by feeding and a quick check in to make sure your furbaby is comfortable and doing well. With a super flexible schedule, I can also include enrichment, play, and outdoor outings when appropriate, while balancing that with plenty of calm rest and supervised downtime. In the evening, we usually have another walk or play session, followed by dinner and a relaxed wind down. Overall, I maintain a steady routine of walks, meals, play, rest, and close observation so your furbabies feel secure, supported, and well cared for. I provide regular walks and engaging activities. With your approval, I can also take your furbaby out for walks and social time at a nearby park. My pup, Taz, is a social butterfly! He adores and gets along with every single pup he has ever encountered from all over the United States while on the road. If your furbaby wants company, he will be the perfect duo. If your furbaby wants to chill, he will gladly give them space to chill. I call Taz the "Rover Whisperer".
About: Upon having taken care of pets for quite some time now. I have learned that all animals need love and compassion like us. I have cared for a variety of animals from mice to snakes and cats to goats. All of the time learning what to do and not to do with every animal. I've always had animals in my life ever since I was a little girl and I loved to caring for them. I was a foster parent for cats a few years back but had to stop when we moved. I've own a few dogs and enjoy the company they have to give to us. I would be more than happy to take care of your babies and treat them as my own.
About: I have been caring for people’s pets in and out of their homes since college in 2002…. Most recently I cared for 3 dogs and a litter of puppies, which required four trips to the homeowners house per day. I would spend nights over at times to make it easier. The pet owner was a pilot. I have a reference for this too. I have stayed for long stretches of time at someone’s home to care for their pets and small farm. I also have a reference from another client whose dog stayed at my home for several weeks. Her cat stayed over too. I am reliable, flexible and I adore animals. Well, let me tell you… I am a Medicare beneficiary advisor and I work from home! It’s great. I have ample time during parts of the year as well. My home space is fenced in, and large enough to roam and even run. It backs up to an arroyo, where I love to walk. There are also many trails that can be walked. I always do what’s needed and best for the animal and according to the owner’s wishes.
“Getting care for my dogs is usually the most stressful and expensive part of my vacation, but with Lauren it was neither. My dogs love her and didn't tackle me with desperation when I returned. I feel like I get more than I pay for when I book Lauren to walk or watch them, which is so great that I might actually get out of town a little more often now. She's very friendly and personable to people, too! Most importantly, she's extremely reliable. She's very upfront about any potential scheduling conflicts. I get the impression she's the kind of person to under-promise and over-deliver so that there's little chance of miscommunication when it comes to four-legged family. We only had time to meet her once before I left town on a short trip, but I felt totally comfortable leaving her the keys to my home. AND she's a lifesaver. My flight home was delayed indefinitely and she responded asap from work to let me know she'd be able to add an additional walk that night. It was a priceless feeling to not have to worry about my dogs while I was trapped in an airport out of state. If you have the chance to book her before her schedule starts to fill up with regulars, do it!”
