Since that would aggravate the injury and most definetely stop me from caring for pets all together; I hope you can understand! I have a small backyard where we go play fetch, we also love going to Frenchy’s or many of the other parks in the area for walks and off leash play when the weather is nice. Going for walks 2-3 times a day around the neighborhood as well

Animals have always been part of my life, as I grew up on a farm surrounded by dogs, cats and more! I've raised puppies from 3 days old, having to bottle feed and potty train...all the way up to seniors, managing meds and declining capabilities. I volunteered at a shelter in Mexico for a year. Through that experience, I was exposed to a lot of medical and behavioral situations, which taught me a lot. My partner and I both work from home, which means your pup will never be lonely. We know how to make dogs feel comfortable, and aim to have them feel like they've taken a little vacation, too! I know leaving your pets can be stressful. I send lots of updates and pictures, so you can feel relaxed and assured your pup is happy and healthy. My partner and I work from home, and have a lot of flexibility in our schedule. We currently have a 10lb Chihuahua, who was left on our doorstep with umbilical cord still attached! At 2 years old now, he's a pretty easy going guy, and likes to be part of a pack from time to time. He usually gets 2 walks a day around the neighborhood. Or, we will do a nice long walk or hike, if time allows. We feed twice a day and provide treats for being a good dog, of course. I love to take work breaks to play tug of war or fetch. Belly rubs are available every night for all four legged residents of the house who want them! Any furry guests would fit seemlessly into our routine. We have a fenced yard, and are always home when pets are in the yard. No dangerous chemicals or pet hazards in our house. Generally, we aren't away from for more than a few hours. We are also happy to take them with us, whenever possible.

About: I have cared for dogs and cats my whole life so I understand the basics of training and taking care of them. I currently have an orange tabby named Prince who gets along super well with other dogs and cats! No worries if your pet doesn’t get along with others though, I can also have other people watch him while yours stays. I can care for pets whenever, I have classes throughout the week but since I stay on campus I’m never more than 5 minutes walking distance away from my dorm. On average I have about 3 hours of classes per week day so I’m home the rest of the time. I will be able to board always and do dog walks any day of the week. I have reliable transportation as well. My dorm is quite large so I have space to take care of pets, as well as toys and food and a litter box for cats if you can’t bring yours. I also live in a very outdoorsy campus so I can take dogs on long nature walks.

“Gavin did a great job with our dog Juneau. We got some nice pics every day to see how Juneau was doing there. It was a calm, home setting for dog stays with a safe fenced in area as well. Will be back in the future.”
