About: I've had dogs and taken care of them since I was a young child. As an adult I’ve fostered dogs for over 5 years, taking care of all types of dogs. I have experience potty training, house breaking, bathing, and more. The dogs I have fostered came from all sorts of backgrounds; homeless, abusive households, neglected, seniors, disabled (blind, deaf, hard of hearing, missing limbs). I enjoy spending time with all animals and animals like to be around me. Currently working on my dog trainer certification I have a flexible schedule since I work from home most of the time. As a dog owner myself I spend a lot of time taking care of my dog. We go on walks 3 times a day, he gets treats, cuddles and play time all day long. On the weekends when the weather is nice we like to go for short hikes. Unfortunately I sustained a bad fall in 2024 and broke my back; so I am unable to care for any pet over 50lbs or any pet that is leash reactive or pulls on a leash. Since that would aggravate the injury and most definetely stop me from caring for pets all together; I hope you can understand! I have a small backyard where we go play fetch, we also love going to Frenchy’s or many of the other parks in the area for walks and off leash play when the weather is nice. Going for walks 2-3 times a day around the neighborhood as well

About: Caring for animals comes naturally, and nothing makes me happier than making them feel safe, loved, and at ease. Animals have always been part of my life, as I grew up on a farm surrounded by dogs, cats and more! I've raised puppies from 3 days old, having to bottle feed and potty train...all the way up to seniors, managing meds and declining capabilities. I volunteered at a shelter in Mexico for a year. Through that experience, I was exposed to a lot of medical and behavioral situations, which taught me a lot. My partner and I both work from home, which means your pup will never be lonely. We know how to make dogs feel comfortable, and aim to have them feel like they've taken a little vacation, too! I know leaving your pets can be stressful. I send lots of updates and pictures, so you can feel relaxed and assured your pup is happy and healthy. My partner and I work from home, and have a lot of flexibility in our schedule. We currently have a 10lb Chihuahua, who was left on our doorstep with umbilical cord still attached! At 2 years old now, he's a pretty easy going guy, and likes to be part of a pack from time to time. He usually gets 2 walks a day around the neighborhood. Or, we will do a nice long walk or hike, if time allows. We feed twice a day and provide treats for being a good dog, of course. I love to take work breaks to play tug of war or fetch. Belly rubs are available every night for all four legged residents of the house who want them! Any furry guests would fit seemlessly into our routine. We have a fenced yard, and are always home when pets are in the yard. No dangerous chemicals or pet hazards in our house. Generally, we aren't away from for more than a few hours. We are also happy to take them with us, whenever possible.

About: While I have not consistently provided pet care over the years, I have grown up with black labs in my family home, I have assisted my family in being puppy raisers for Leader Dog for the Blind, I have a French Bulldog and Bully of my own, over the years I have also volunteered at different animal shelters, currently at the Santa Fe Animal Shelter. About: I have been caring for people’s pets in and out of their homes since college in 2002…. Most recently I cared for 3 dogs and a litter of puppies, which required four trips to the homeowners house per day. I would spend nights over at times to make it easier. The pet owner was a pilot. I have a reference for this too. I have stayed for long stretches of time at someone’s home to care for their pets and small farm. I also have a reference from another client whose dog stayed at my home for several weeks. Her cat stayed over too. I am reliable, flexible and I adore animals. Well, let me tell you… I am a Medicare beneficiary advisor and I work from home! It’s great. I have ample time during parts of the year as well. My home space is fenced in, and large enough to roam and even run. It backs up to an arroyo, where I love to walk. There are also many trails that can be walked. I always do what’s needed and best for the animal and according to the owner’s wishes.
About: Working with pets is something I truly love. I grew up on a farm with countless cats, cows, pigs, and horses, where I think that love started. Since, I’ve volunteered for an animal shelter, cared for other’s pets (housesitting, walking, drop in visits), and had my own doggo for thirteen years, and recently adopted a sweet family dog. Under my care, you can trust that your pet will be safe and happy. At the moment, pet care is my main priority! I haven’t any major responsibilities competing with it, so I can dedicate a great deal of time and love into pet care. I’d love to make a schedule where I can take your dog on long walks/hikes and cuddle, or give your kitty lots of love throughout the day! When I care for a pet, I take that responsibly very seriously. I follow instructions closely and give the cat and/or dog all the love and pets! I’m happy to provide as many updates and pictures that you’d like to give you peace of mind, as that’s what I would want as a pet owner myself!
About: I have spent the last 3 years traveling while doing house/pet sits throughout Mexico, Arizona, California, Michigan, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. My clients have included some high profile gigs in Bel-Air, Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades, and Malibu, but I have also spent months at a time living off-grid in the Mexican jungle and caring for animals on remote farms. My experience dates back to 1991 when I worked my high school summer vacations on a sheep farm to escape city life. I love ALL animals, and have had a special connection with them, my whole life. Your pets (and babies) will be comfortable with me right away. I have been a mom to birds, rodents, fish, cats, and dogs. I do have some experience with reptiles, as well. I come with many years of hands-on experience with dogs and cats from the puppy/kitten stage through their golden years, so you can rest assured that any special accommodations your fur-baby may need will be met with kindness and compassion. I am particularly fond of, and experienced with Bully Breeds, Golden Retrievers, and Doodles of all varieties. I only provide pet care in the owners home as I’ve found it is a far less stressful experience for the pets and the sitter. It’s all I do, so your pets will get tons of attention and affection. I also do occasional dog walking gigs while I’m staying at your home. Your babies are my babies while you’re away, and your home will be treated with the utmost respect. Confidentiality and privacy are considered paramount, always.

I am reliable and true worthy. I a very flexible schedule and I am available to play, walk, feed, bathe or just love your pet between 8:00 Am and 6:00 PM I have a condo with large patio doors for your pet to freely walk in and out. I live right next to a large park we’re I would gladly take your pet to run and play. I have a small loving and very friendly dog which is a chihuahua. I also have mischievous kitten who LOVES to play with dogs. I’m flexible and will do my best to work around your pet’s routine. I understand how important consistency is for cats, and I’ll make sure they are fed, given fresh water, and checked on at the times you request. I’m reliable, communicative, and will keep you updated while you’re away. I know that trusting someone with your pet is a big decision. I’ll always follow your care instructions closely including feeding schedules, medications if needed, and keeping your cat safe indoors. I’ll treat your home with respect, keep everything clean, and make sure your pet feels calm, comfortable, and loved while you’re away.
