“Andrew did a great job with my pooches. I think they didn’t even miss me after three days being gone. He was very quick to respond and was great with the communication. The dogs instantly took to him when they met him. Would definitely use his services again.”

“Gabrielle was awesome! My 2 huskies absolutely love her. She was punctual, reliable and friendly. She sent me updates with pictures which I really appreciated. It was great to see happiness on their faces. She made me feel very comfortable being away from my dogs. I would absolutely book her again!”

“This was our first time using Donna and Stephen’s services as we just recently adopted a new puppy. Donna and Stephen took great care of our dog and two cats, and we felt confident that our pets were in great hands. Thank you so much!!”

“We couldn't be happier with Alexa's care for our rescue dog, Jazzy. From the very beginning, Alexa demonstrated her professionalism and genuine love for animals by taking the time to meet Jazzy before the actual sit. This pre-meet was great in helping Jazzy and us get more comfortable. During the meet and greet, Jazzy, in her true rescue dog fashion, discovered her "bark," but it didn't faze Alexa one bit! She handled it with complete calm and understanding, which truly put our minds at ease. Alexa was prompt, communicative, and professional throughout the entire sit process. We wouldn't hesitate for a second to hire Alexa again to watch Jazzy. We're even hopeful that, when Jazzy is ready, Alexa will be the one to take her on walks! Thank you, Alexa, for providing such wonderful and stress-free care.”

About: I will always make sure your pet has the best care possible. This means walking in the shade on sunny days. Making sure they have water during their walks. Watching them the entire time to ensure they don’t eat anything. Keeping them close so they don’t jump on strangers or other dogs. Giving them a good pet after their walk to get off any outside critters from their fur. I care for each pet tailored towards their own needs and don’t mind doing the extra work to make sure they’re comfortable and safe. I have had 3 dogs, a bunny for 3 months(we took care of her), and now a cat I took in from the street. I am a genuine and loving caregiver. I communicate with animals as much as possible giving them joy and comfort. I believe animals are very intelligent and communication is key in figuring out their likes and dislikes and thus giving them a life of joy. I am constantly active and on the go. This makes it easy for me to fit pet care into my daily routine. I am available in rain, hail, or sunshine. I work well on short notice and am able to pickup bookings any time. I dknt mind accepting far requests and in-fact enjoy the long travel. I live in a house with and open backyard and a designated pet area. I live with two cats and two dogs. I am currently unable to dog watch at home.

“Erica was great! She communicated with us regularly and make us assured our 2 dogs were taken care of. There were tornados while we were gone and our dogs were very nervous. She made sure to cuddle them and make sure they felt comfortable. Erica was also very clean and our house was just as we left. We would absolutely hire Erica again.”

“Grace was attentive, friendly, professional, and thorough in her review and care for our animals (two cats and an oddball dog). She was quick to reply and clearly took the task of watching over our "kids" with a lot of care. I would highly recommend Grace for anyone's pet care needs.”

“Amy was wonderful with our old husky. We loved getting daily dog pictures and videos from Amy while she stayed at our home for the week. She left the house spotless and we are so grateful for her care of both our dog and home. Absolutely recommend Amy!”

About: I have had since I was 9, most specifically dogs. I come from a very animal oriented family, my grandparents working on a forest preserve and raising butterflies. My mom has raised me to save animals as well, which is why we always adopt our animals (and care for those that happen upon us wildly with the help of animal control). We have had an aquarium and axolotls for 6-7 years, naming all of them as they are part of our family too, no matter how small. I have had 5 dogs, 2 guinea pigs, 2 hamsters, 1 bird, and 1 African fat-tailed gecko. At the moment we have one dog, Pib, who is 40 Ibs of love. I have also pet sat for guinea pigs and dogs, as well as done dog walking during my semester at Columbia. I have great experience with bigger dogs especially, having a 120 dog just two years ago, Toby. I take care and time with every animal, making sure to interact and treat them with respect as they deserve. I adore spending time and taking care, cleaning up, playing, walking, feeding, and doing special care as well for certain needs. I am currently a part time worker as a youth services assistant at the Northbrook Public Library. I work 1-6 Thursdays and Fridays, and 1-5 the rest of the days. I am off weekends. As stated above, no matter the pets temperament, I treat them with respect. While I love playing and getting to know all animals, I understand some pets prefer their personal space and time, so I understand how to navigate and take my time/step away if need be. I always make sure if the animal is an out of cage pet to make sure they use the bathroom first before anything else, and if any accidents happen I am sure to clean up. I provide all love to every type of pet, whether they love ito nteract or are more individual and just need to be fed and let out. Matching an animal's energy and making them comfortable is the best way to take care of them and work with them!

Megan M.
“Megan has been around animals since she was born. From the time she was old enough she has helped out with feeding and walking our rescue dogs (the smallest being an 80 lb. lab mix - the largest being a 120 ib. Great Pyrenees mix). She has always helped with feeding, walking, brushing and bathing them. She has always given the best love and compassion to them: from playing with them when they were young, to making sure their every need was taken care of in their golden years. She is very keen on noticing things from a new fear or tumor, to making sure they have/had a safe hiding place if thunder storms or fire works scared them. When Megan was in middle school and her friends family went away, it was Megan they called to pet sit their Burmese Mountain dog. She did not just walk, feed and administer medication to Moose, she spent hours with him, spending time and loving him...to the point he started steeling her shoe when he know she had to leave! Megan had hamsters and guinea pigs (rescues as well) growing up. She always took exceptional care of them. She would have guinea pigs on her lap while watching TV while brushing them with a My Little Pony brush: they would love it so much they would warble! Megan stepped in to help out when her sister went away to college in order to help take care of her cockatiel. She spent the time to bond with the bird in order to make sure the bird had the required "outside cage time" for cuddles and stimulation. Megan was brave enough to learn how to give antibiotic shots to her tiny African Fat Tailed Gecko (another rescue) when he got a cold. In my opinion, if you need a caring & compassionate person to take care of your fur (or feathered OR scaly) baby - Megan is your person!”
