About: I have 13 years of experience with both cats and dogs, from overnight boarding at my home to drop-in visits in yours. I value communication and make sure you stay updated while your pets receive loving care! I’m currently working part-time, and my shifts are only 3 hours, so your dog will never go long without a potty break. I can do dog walking and drop-in care anytime after 12:30 p.m. on weekdays. We have a pet-friendly home. I have my 9-year-old daughter as well as my dog, a mini poodle. We also have a fenced in backyard. I live in a neighborhood for military housing that has plenty of space for walking and various parks.
About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was in 7th grade (now a recent college graduate!!) and am looking to start searching for clients consistently again. I’ve watched over cats and dogs and also have experience with with both species that required medication. Growing up with two diabetic cats (and then some) allowed me to learn how to administer insulin by myself and how to administer pills. I ensure safety by checking in on a clients pet regularly should I not be needed 24/7 and make sure to not only watch, but care for the clients pet. My visits (when sleeping over isn’t required) typically range from 1 hour or a little over to be able to spend quality time with a clients pet(s), especially when the owner is gone for a longer period of time.

About: I’ve cared for neighbors’ and coworkers’ dogs on and off for about 7 years. I’ve grown up around dogs and have experience caring for dogs of different ages, including seniors. I currently have a 16 year old Dachshund, so I understand the extra patience and care older dogs may need. I work 7-4 at Langley Air Force base so depending on how far it is from base I could stop by during lunch but if not I can stop by during the week before 7 and after 3:30 pm. During the weekends and holidays, I should be free whenever to care for your pet! I live in a comfortable apartment with an enclosed patio where pets can get some fresh air and relax. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
