“Oh my gosh! My boy Neeko had THE BEST time!!!! Cristen was great at sharing photos and videos during his 2 night weekend visit. Her communication is so good. Micheal playing out in the yard with him throwing the ball. The whole family gave Neeko lots of love as if he were their own. Once I picked Neeko up and got him home, he slept the rest of the day. He was completely worn out!! If he were a kid, I think he would be talking about his sleepover for days!!! Lol. I could not have found a more perfect family to love my baby. 🥰”

About: I have been caring for dogs since I was young, there's never been a point in my life where I didn't have dogs in the house. I lost my old lady dog three years ago but since then I’ve been sitting for others to fill the hole in my heart and home. I love older dogs who like to cuddle and hang out all day, but truly I am just a dog person. I’m currently unemployed so I have all day to love on these pups. About: I have had pets all my life from dogs and cats to horses and even a squirrel and most everything in between. We even raised a couple on bottles! In the past few years I have taken care of a couple of family pets whenever they are on vacation. My children and I love having furry guests in our home! About: Hi! I'm Emily. I've always been a big animal lover. I grew up with cats but helped take care of neighbor's dogs when I was younger. After my husband and I got married, we adopted our first rescue, Aggie. We adopted our 2nd rescue, Daisy a few years later. I'm able to set my own hours for the most part and can be available over lunch as well as before and after work. I'm also able to take frequent breaks to let dogs outside in our fenced-in backyard with a 6-foot fence. After work, we will go for a walk around the neighborhood. I'm the primary caretaker but my husband helps when he is home. Boarding: I have a small, introverted tripod and 2 cats. As such, I will only board mellow, senior, and/or introverted dogs who are good with cats. My cats will not bother your baby as long as they don't bother the cats. Drop-ins: I understand every pet has its own personality and will respect their needs! I'm happy to play with your energetic companion or leave your shy loved one alone and let them come to me. No matter what, I am always attentive to their body language.

“Oh my gosh! My boy Neeko had THE BEST time!!!! Cristen was great at sharing photos and videos during his 2 night weekend visit. Her communication is so good. Micheal playing out in the yard with him throwing the ball. The whole family gave Neeko lots of love as if he were their own. Once I picked Neeko up and got him home, he slept the rest of the day. He was completely worn out!! If he were a kid, I think he would be talking about his sleepover for days!!! Lol. I could not have found a more perfect family to love my baby. 🥰”

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them is something I genuinely love. I have spent the last 3 years volunteering with Hope for Life Rescue and Penninsula Regional Animal Shelter, working hands on with pets of all ages, breeds, and temperaments, from bottle feeding kittens and puppies to caring for senior dogs who need extra patience and attention. I’m the go-to person for family and friends whenever they need someone reliable and loving to care for their pets, whether it’s daily walks, drop-in visits, daycare, or overnight boarding. I have experience administering medications, handling nervous or shy animals, and making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for like family. I understand that trusting someone with your pet is a big deal, and I treat every animal as if they were my own, with patience, compassion, and plenty of love. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because animals are already a big part of my life. I volunteer regularly with a local rescue and animal shelter, foster when needed, and I also run my own business from home, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of availability for walks, drop-ins, daycare, and boarding.
