“Hector was the best taking care of my cat! He was extremely responsible and careful and followed all my instructions to take care of Kitty. I had to travel to my home country for a couple of weeks, and having Hector around made me feel comfortable. He was super responsive to the texts and always made sure he posted an update for me for every visit. He kept my place clean, brought in any packages that were outside of my apartment and took care of everything I asked him to do. I could also see how well he treated Kitty, and how he played with her and pet her. My cat really adores him. He was also super polite with me and it was a pleasure dealing with him. About: I have always taken care of our family dogs. I am used to walking them daily, at least 3 times a day. As well as playing with them, grooming, and feeding them. So,I can handle if your dog has high energy I’m currently working part time , so I will have plenty of time to go on walks and play with your dogs. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
