“OUTSTANDING care for you fur babies!!! Walley and Anne provided excellent love, care, and attention for our dog, Shawnee. This was our first time having Shawnee away from us on a trip. We were out for nine days, so were a bit apprehensive about staying away so long for his first sitting. After talking with Walley and Anne and meeting them with Shawnee at our greet, I knew we made the best decision. They are very loving and professional pet parents themselves and extend this to all other visiting pets. They spent time getting to know Shawnee and what his needs and routines are, food, supplements, playtime, sleep, potty, and overall temperament, habits, and interests. Their goal was to provide the best home away from home for him with safety first. Walley and Anne took time to give me daily updates and photos of Shawnee which is lovely to receive. The first day my two pups went to her house they were clearly not happy when I dropped them off but then I started getting photos of how well they were integrating. She walked them, loved them and when I took them back the second day they were reaching for her when I went to go hand her the dogs. She had a clean home and the experience was just amazing. About: The first family pet o ever took care of was a calico cat named Keisha,. She had already been a member of he family for over a year before I was born so I guess it’s fair to say she took care of me for the first decade. That's the only time I can remember us having just one cat in my childhood. You've had all kinds of breeds and both indoor and outdoor cats alike. I have yet to own or take care of a Maine Coon and I sure would like to one day. I've always seemed to be the one that can get the cat to come out from hiding when no one else can.

About: Passion is what drives my work! My only goal is to give animals the unconditional love they gives us :) A pet is a crucial partner in life and sometimes we tend to forget that we are our pets entire world. I’m currently a full time teacher assistant Monday-Friday 8-2:30. That leaves the rest of the afternoon and weekends to hangout with my Rottweiler Naia. With this job, it’ll allow me to spend quality time with more pooches other than my own. I have a nice backyard located right behind a park where my pooch gets enough versatile interactions. Many scents for Naia to smell, she loves to play fetch and will catch anything I toss in the air. She’s a huge fan of my scratches and will be there for hours if she could. Brasilio gladly did a meet and greet with us and brought his Husky to meet Tucker. He was very laid back with Tucker and very comfortable giving him a chance to get acclimated to his dog. Tucker responded very well so I felt like he’d be in good hands w/ Brasilio. He was also very accommodating when he needed to stay overnight when I had a schedule change and wanted to just pick him up the next day. About: I’ve grown up with animals and have also had my own Yorkie Terrier I cared for with much love. I know what it’s like to care for and own a dog and I will make your dog feel at home and treat them as if they were my own fur baby. I’ll have plenty of time to take care of your animals anytime since it’s summer!! I’m free most weekends days except Thursdays and Sundays 8am-12pm. Some weekends depending!! About: I’ve cared for and owned dogs since I was 6 years old. At a young age my parents put me in charge of all pet responsibilities like clean ups, feedings, and grooming. About: I’m kind and patient with pets. I understand that they are not the same but do require the same type of care and love. I enjoy playing with them and giving them belly rubs and taking them for walks. I’m currently on summer breaks and would like to spend time caring for pets when their loved ones are away. About: Since 2009, I have had dogs... I absolutely love them (and really all animals)! I cared for my two dogs until their passing at approximately 9 years of age since they were puppies. While in graduate school, I volunteered at the Oakland Animal Shelter for a few months taking care of pigeons, such as feeding them and cleaning their cages. So, if you have some unusual animals- I am open to taking care of them too! I also had a 2 week experience cat sitting for my cousin's senior cat by feeding/giving her water and general watching her. So, I have good experience with taking care of cats too although I have never had a cat personally. At the moment, I have my senior dog, Mr. Beau, an 11 year American Staff Terrier I adopted in 2023 at the shelter. While I was at the Oakland Animal Shelter, staff made it known that senior animals are the most often overlooked animals for adoption and that made me feel sad :( So once I was able to, I made it a mission to adopt a senior pup, and I am so happy and fulfilled with my decision. As with any senior (including humans), they come with special needs, such as different medications, loss of hearing, limited walking, increase in illnesses, etc. My dog has had many complications, but with my great patience with senior pups, I feel confident in taking care of their specific needs! I know what it is like to trust strangers with taking care of your pet- its scary! Mr. Beau has specific senior needs and is picking, so I hope my experience can make you feel more comfortable with choosing me to take care of your pet when you're away! Experience: senior dogs, puppies, cats, birds, or other types of pets. I am open-minded! I was laid off from my job at the end of June, so I while I am applying to full time work, I have time to take care of pets in the meantime to fill my weekly schedule!
