Hi! My name is Alexis, and animals have always been one of the biggest joys in my life. I absolutely love dogs, cats, and animals of all kinds. I’ve had cats and dogs my entire life, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I currently have two dogs and five cats of my own, so I understand the love, attention, and commitment that pets need every day. If you know me, you know I’m the person who gets excited every time I see a dog on a walk or a cat lounging outside. I’m always the first one asking if I can pet a dog, and I never pass by a stray animal without trying to make sure it has food, water, or a little kindness. My love for animals is genuine, and spending time with them never feels like a job to me. Over the years, I’ve also helped care for my own pets when they’ve been sick. Whenever one of my cats or dogs needed medication, special care, or extra attention, I was usually the one making sure they got what they needed. Because of this, I’m comfortable following care instructions and being patient with pets who may need a little extra support. In addition to my experience with animals, I work in healthcare, which has taught me the importance of responsibility, attentiveness, and compassion. I understand how important it is to pay attention to details, follow routines, and provide quality care—skills that I bring with me when caring for pets as well. I’m often the go-to pet sitter for family and friends whenever they need someone reliable to care for their pets. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, cuddles, medication administration, or simply keeping your pet company while you’re away, I treat every animal as if they were my own. I know that trusting someone with your pet is a big decision.
