“Trisha is a gem! She is so friendly and was amazing with Luna. You can tell she really does love animals and treats all fur babies as her own. We will definitely be booking with her again!”

“Emily was great with our 4 cats for over 30 visits during the holidays. Our timid boy came out immediately with her and she was patient with our timid girl who took a few days to get comfortable. Emily handled feeding, water, treats, litter, play, and more excellently and sent us lots of pics of our kitties. The cats will definitely miss her, and we will definitely rebook when a need comes up.”

“Anna was very punctual and did exactly what I asked of her. She was very kind to my pets and gave wonderful feedback and each visit in the notes department. I will definitely use her services again! :)”

“Starr is AMAZING! My small dog doesn’t do well boarding so I had her drop in, and her detailed reports (with plenty of photos!) helped ease my mind. He seemed to be having a great time with her! She also accommodated several schedule changes on short notice. Would highly recommend!”

“Having a total care senior dog can be extremely stressful when planning a trip out of town. My dogs used to be road trip champs but unfortunately due to old age and one handicap, they have to stay behind. From the moment Mason came for a meet and greet both dogs greeted him and were calm and happy in their presence. Masons confidence and willingness to care for my total care senior dog was a relief. I was able to go out of town for 5 days with a peace of mind knowing that they were not only well taken care of but happy as well. I highly recommend him for all your doggie needs.”

About: Hi I'm Emily and I would love to take care of your furry friends! I have Scott AFB access and am happy to pet sit on base. I grew up around dogs and now have two cats. I have regularly pet-sat for friends, coworkers, and neighbors. For drop-in visits, I am happy to feed, play with, clean-up after, and any other care that might be needed! I am currently a masters student working part time and wanted to fill some of my extra time taking care of fur babies! I am available to do drop-in visits (for both dogs and cats) and dog-walking. When walking dogs, I'm willing to go on more rigorous hikes or do simple neighborhood walks and anything in between. I am currently working part-time while going to school online, so I have extra hours in my day to take care of your furry friends! I am generally available between 7-9am and 2pm-8pm for drop-ins or walking. When doing drop-ins, I will make sure that your pet is safe and happy, ensuring they have not damaged or interfered with anything that could put them in harm's way. As a cat owner, I am familiar with pets that like to mess with things they are not supposed to!
“Gabby was fantastic! We are so happy to find a pet sitter for ourselves as we are usually doing the dog sitting. We've been afraid to leave town without the pups since we moved here and we're confident that Gabby will always do a great job!”

“I’ll definitely trust Melissa again with my kitty. ? She took a lot of pictures for us, made sure Gemma felt comfortable around her, and even gave her a little Christmas present. ❤️ She is great and I absolutely recommend!”

About: I started my care for animals 22 years ago in a non profit animal shelter. Since then I’ve been able to gain my experience through many different roles within the field of non profit shelter work and finally working up to a vet tech. I’ve been able to use the skills of vet tech in shelter as well as a private practice for the past 10 years. I’ve handled everything from neonates who need round the clock assistance to senior pets who need special medications/care or even I pets that are diabetic and need insulin. I’m an avid animal lover and protecter. I treat every pet as if they were my own. I have a very flexible schedule so fitting in pet care is usually no issue. Whether dropping off pets in the morning or in the evening for boarding, drop ins, walks, dog/cat sitting, I will make sure scheduling is accommodating so that every pet I care for gets the proper love, care, and attention they need. 😁❤️ I care for pets the same as if they are my own. They will be let out to potty every 2-4 hours. I have dogs and cats in my household so they would need to be friendly with other pets but I’m alway good with sitting at your home as well. I will treat your home with the same respect I give my own. I can accommodate a pet that needs to be crated as well.
About: I’ve cared for dogs my whole life. You can rest assured your pups, big and small, will get all the love and attention while you’re away. I currently work full-time, Monday through Friday, but have three pups of my own at home and can board additional pups overnight during the week and can do daytime walks on weekends. I have a fenced in yard and keep your pets separated from my household pets unless they are long-time visitors and we know everyone gets along well.
“If you're seeking a respectful, trustworthy, responsive, caring, and compassionate pet sitter, look no further! Tiffany did an excellent job caring for my two labs over the holidays. She's earned my business from here on out! Thank you so much, Tiffany!!”
“I couldn’t have asked for a better person to watch my dogs. Morgan takes the time to give each pet undivided attention while still somehow managing to not let anyone feel left out. Our youngest pup is very weary of strangers and she was immediately comfortable with Morgan, even offering up her belly for some scratches! You won’t be disappointed using Morgan as a sitter, I will definitely be using her to book all future trips we will be taking.”

About: I have had a lifelong passion for animals and extensive hands-on experience caring for many different types. Growing up, I helped rescue animals and learned the importance of patience, compassion, and responsible care. I’ve owned and cared for a wide variety of animals ranging from chickens to horses, which gave me experience with different needs, temperaments, and daily routines. My love for animals also led me to participate in 4-H and FFA, where I continued developing my animal care skills and knowledge. Over the years, I’ve cared for multiple dog breeds including a pitbull, shih tzu, poodle, husky, and German shepherd, and I currently have two miniature goldendoodles that I walk and care for every day. Through these experiences, I’ve become very comfortable working with animals of all sizes and personalities, and I truly enjoy providing them with attentive, loving, and reliable care. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine and availability. I work evenings at my other job, which allows me to provide pet care services during the morning and afternoon. This flexible schedule makes it easy for me to walk, feed, and check in on animals one to three times per day as needed. I also have Thursdays off and most weekends available, giving me even more time to dedicate to longer walks, playtime, and consistent care. Because I already walk my own dogs daily, incorporating additional pets into my routine is something I am comfortable with, and I am committed to providing reliable, attentive care that fits each animal’s individual needs. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, comfortable environment with plenty of toys and space for them to play and stay active. I make sure they receive lots of attention, regular potty breaks, fresh water, and follow any feeding or care routines provided. When caring for pets in your home, I focus on keeping them comfortable in their familiar environment by playing with them, giving them plenty of attention, and maintaining their normal routine. I also make sure they are cleaned up well, have fresh water at all times, and that their space is kept tidy so they feel happy, safe, and well cared for.
About: In 22 years, I’ve had dogs, cats, birds, horses, hedgehogs, etc, etc. I love all creatures of any shape, size, or temperament. I will adapt to your pets’ personality and boundaries and discover how to make them feel the most loved! I am taking college classes online, which means I entirely make my own schedule! Day or night, I will make time to love and care for your pet. I work 2 days a week and can often move my shifts around with advance notice. I always let the animal come to me first. The most important thing is to let them know that they can trust me, so that I can learn more about what they need to feel comfortable and cared for. I follow the lead of the pet, whether it be fast-paced walking, stopping to sniff every tree, or relaxing on the couch for an overnight stay. I’m very attentive to an animal’s communication and would love to build a trusting relationship with your pet.
About: Hi! I’m Chelsea, a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities. I currently have a year and a half old mix named Jake, so I’m very familiar with puppy energy, training, and making sure dogs get the physical and mental enrichment they need. I take pet care seriously and always aim to create a calm, safe, and structured environment where pets feel comfortable. I’m attentive to each dog’s individual needs—whether that means long walks, playtime, enrichment activities, or simply relaxing and keeping them company. My background working in behavioral health has also given me a lot of patience, awareness, and the ability to stay calm in different situations—skills that translate really well to working with animals. When your pet is with me, you can expect: • Lots of attention and supervision • Updates and photos while you’re away • Respect for your pet’s routine and training • A calm and caring environment I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I’ll treat your dog like family while you’re gone. My current availability is Monday - Friday from 5pm to 10pm and all day on the weekends. I keep my Rover calendar updated and will always communicate clearly about availability before confirming bookings. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on maintaining the pet’s normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure in their familiar environment. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications if needed, and any specific preferences your pet has. I also make sure pets receive plenty of attention, enrichment, and supervision while you’re away. I respect my clients’ homes and always keep things clean, provide regular updates and photos, and communicate promptly if anything comes up.
Swansea pet parents share their Rover experiences
Melissa continues to be awesome, both to work and interact with, and to our pets. Our scaredy cats actually don't mind when she's around, which is ~huge~ for them! :-) She always takes great care of them, keeps us informed of how they're doing, and just generally makes us feel more comfortable being away. We'll continue to work with her on future needs.
