Holly already misses her. ☺️ We knew she would be the perfect fit at the meet-and-greet when shy Holly came out from under the bed to eat treats from Kaylee's hand. Kaylee is very kind and patient with animals. Holly was given playtime, brushing, and treats daily along with her dry food and prescription wet food. Kaylee sent photos and videos every single day at the end each pet-sitting check-in. Her communication was consistent and excellent, allowing us to truly relax when we were on vacation. It gave us reassurance knowing that Kaylee was enjoying her time with our cat and that Holly warmed up to her so quickly. When we got home, we couldn't believe how clean everything looked! I love helping others who needs someone to care for their pet while they are busy. I have very open availability throughout all days of the week so I am able to visit and care for animals as frequent or as long as you would like! About: Hi! My name is Nikki and I’ve lived with dogs and cats since I was a toddler. I always loved helping my parents and grandma with our many pets while growing up, but it wasn’t until I graduated high school that I decided to start expanding to pet-sitting for my friends as well! I was always happy to spend time with and gain knowledge from their furry friends. Two years after high school, I adopted a sweet husky puppy. He was just 8 weeks old when I took him home and I quickly realized raising a puppy is A LOT of work (but worth it!!). After a long journey of trial and error and 4 training classes together, he’s the best friend I could ask for. Three years later my dad rescued 3 more husky puppies, who I also helped raise! They have definitely taught me patience, how to deal with a semi-reactive dogs, and has made me confident in my ability to care for large breeds. I’ve looked after a variety of breeds, big and small, timid and reactive. I’m experienced in handling high energy dogs, young puppies who are still learning, and older dogs who need extra care and patience. I’ve also looked after cats, including those that needed help with medications and asthma treatment. Whether your pets like to walk and play or just need someone to hangout with while you’re gone, I can do it all. I will care for your beloved pets in your home and follow all your wants and needs! I’m currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to play with your pets! I’m currently available any time Wednesday-Friday and on most Saturdays. I like to know all the details about your pets every day life so I can help keep their routines as normal as possible. Whether that includes certain times for feeding, walking, medications, etc. I also like to know if they are reactive, timid, or have any other quirks you want me to know about!
