About: I've had my own cats for almost 6 years, I've volunteered at the Belleville Area Humane Society for around 4 months, and I do occasional dogsitting and housesitting for family friends when needed. I have a summer job that starts on May 26th, and I have training from 9-4 on May 17th and 23rd. I'm unsure of which days I'll be working yet, so I will let you know when I can what my schedule will be. I will be completely free on weekends aside from outside events. I appreciate detailed instructions on any specifics needed when caring for your pets, such as medications, feeding times, bathroom breaks, regular walks, or any other schedule they need.

About: I have been around pets my entire life, so taking care of animals comes easy to me! I am experienced at both house sitting and home visits. I have taken care of kittens and senior animals, ensuring they always feel safe and happy. I am a full time college student looking for work over summer break, giving me plenty of time to help out! You can trust that I am efficient when it comes to taking care of your pets. I have plenty of tools to take your fur babies on a day of fun! With both a pet stroller and leashes, I can ensure cats and dogs get some nice fresh air.

About: I’ve had pups of my own my whole life. I love all animals and want to make sure your other half is cared for! I work five days a week but I am allotted an hour everyday at lunch to go provide care to your furry friend! After work I will be able to let them out and get them out for exercise ! I always ensure that the animals care is met based on their specific needs, walks are very important and making sure they have ample time to get their energy out.

About: Animals have always been a major part of my life from cats to dogs to toads, I love them all. About: Hi! My name is Nikki and I’ve lived with dogs and cats since I was a toddler. I always loved helping my parents and grandma with our many pets while growing up, but it wasn’t until I graduated high school that I decided to start expanding to pet-sitting for my friends as well! I was always happy to spend time with and gain knowledge from their furry friends. Two years after high school, I adopted a sweet husky puppy. He was just 8 weeks old when I took him home and I quickly realized raising a puppy is A LOT of work (but worth it!!). After a long journey of trial and error and 4 training classes together, he’s the best friend I could ask for. Three years later my dad rescued 3 more husky puppies, who I also helped raise! They have definitely taught me patience, how to deal with a semi-reactive dogs, and has made me confident in my ability to care for large breeds. I’ve looked after a variety of breeds, big and small, timid and reactive. I’m experienced in handling high energy dogs, young puppies who are still learning, and older dogs who need extra care and patience. I’ve also looked after cats, including those that needed help with medications and asthma treatment. Whether your pets like to walk and play or just need someone to hangout with while you’re gone, I can do it all. I will care for your beloved pets in your home and follow all your wants and needs! I’m currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to play with your pets! I’m currently available any time Wednesday-Friday and on most Saturdays. I like to know all the details about your pets every day life so I can help keep their routines as normal as possible. Whether that includes certain times for feeding, walking, medications, etc. I also like to know if they are reactive, timid, or have any other quirks you want me to know about!

About: I have been surrounded with dogs since I was born! My family had a golden retriever when I was younger, and we currently have an 11-year old corgi mix, an 8-year old labradoodle, and a 5-year old golden retriever. Finnley, the five year old golden, is my personal dog who I trained, walked, cleaned up after, and took care of. In addition, I lived with a 3-year old boxer last year who I helped take care of and spent a lot of time with. Besides my personal pet experience, I volunteered at the Partners for Pets shelters multiple times where I took care of dogs and cats. I also frequently take advantage of the Adopt a Dog for a Day option at the Oxford Animal Rescue Center whenever I feel overwhelmed or have a free day. Besides volunteering, I had a personal business at 15/16 where I watched both kids and animals for families in my neighborhood. I took care of multiple breeds and ages of dogs, cats, hamsters, and fish. My availability is completely open until June 1st, when I will start a part time job at WashU! With that said, I am still available any weekday after 4, and all day Saturday and Sunday!! At my house, all of my dogs are trained to stay in the yard. All three get treats when they come in (because they are such good boys) and are fed twice daily. My older dog has gum issues that makes his teeth painful to use, so I put his food in water and let it soften so he is able to eat it pain-free. For walks, the two big dogs go on a joint leash and the smaller dog goes on a leash by himself. Distance wise, I take into account if the ground is hot on their paws and the temperature outside to determine how long the walk will be. We love to go to dog parks and play, as well as cuddle and lay out in the sun together.

About: I’ve stayed overnight with 4 dogs for 3 nights a few years back. I also own 2 cats (8 and almost 1) so i’ve experienced kitten energy recently. I work part time so I could pop in before and after my short shift! I can also spend the night for a few days. I think it’s important to trust their body language before anything else. I totally love petting and playing with animals but only when they approve of it.

About: I have lived with and cared for animals my entire life, from cats to dogs to everything in between! I've trained my own dogs when they were young and give special attention and care to those furry friends who need it <3 I am currently home for the summer from college so I am free all day on weekends and can be available very early in the morning or after noon on weekdays. Currently, my home is dog-less as we have said goodbye to our beloved furry friends, but we have 2 indoor/outdoor cats who love to explore the backyard! About: I have experience working at a kennel where I cared for many cats and dogs at once. I was responsible for walking, bathing and feeding these animals along with checking on them throughout the day to make sure they were comfortable and safe. My friends and family have always relied on me to watch any animals while they were away. I have also given medication for diabetic dogs. I am currently working full time and am working at home while having a flexible work schedule. It would be very easy for me to incorporate drop in visits and dog walks into my schedule. There is a dog park near my apartment along with plenty of places to walk. I enjoy long daily walks within the neighborhood I live in. I love getting to know new animals and how they like to play and have fun all while ensuring safety for the both of us.
