About: I have had dogs my whole life and have been taking care of them since I was able to. I also would help my neighbors as a kid when they would go out of town. I have two dogs now and love them to death. I’m can walk, feed, bathe, and play with your pet. I am working when I am a free. So your pets care would be my first priority after getting up in the morning. If need over night that would work perfectly. If you have a fenced In yard. I would still go outside with them and have some play time if they would like. Also if we had to take them on a walk I would follow what the animal would like. I will take care of your pet just like they are my own.
“Sterling went above and beyond during a particularly difficult situation with one of our cats. His patience, kindness, and professionalism were exceptional, and he continued to prioritize our pet's well-being throughout the experience. We were impressed by his calm demeanor and dedication, and we're so thankful for the care he provided. We highly recommend him.”
“I could tell from the moment we met Ashely our girls were in good hands. She was so thoughtful getting to know them and their routine. It clearly showed, how the girls weren’t even phased mom and dad were gone. Her notes made me feel at ease and like I was there. Thank you for making your way into the cheese family!”

About: Hi, I’m Amaya! I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and truly love caring for pets of all kinds. I’ve grown up with dogs of all sizes and breeds, and I love teaching them tricks, going on walks, and making sure they feel safe and loved. I also have years of experience working at a pet boarding facility and volunteering at our local animal shelter, so I’m confident handling dogs and cats of all ages, temperaments, and energy levels. Whether it’s snuggles, playtime, or structured care, your pets will be treated like family with me! I work part-time at a restaurant, so my shifts aren’t the same every week. But no worries—I update my Rover calendar regularly, and I’m great at swapping shifts last-minute if I can. Just let me know your dates and I’ll make room for your pets! Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I currently live with three cats and three dogs, so I don’t offer boarding or in-home pet care at this time to ensure a calm, controlled environment for everyone. However, I’m more than happy to provide drop-in visits and walks, and I take great care to follow your instructions, routines, and preferences exactly as you leave them. I always treat pets and their spaces with the same respect I give my own. About: I have had a lifelong passion for animals and extensive hands-on experience caring for many different types. Growing up, I helped rescue animals and learned the importance of patience, compassion, and responsible care. I’ve owned and cared for a wide variety of animals ranging from chickens to horses, which gave me experience with different needs, temperaments, and daily routines. My love for animals also led me to participate in 4-H and FFA, where I continued developing my animal care skills and knowledge. Over the years, I’ve cared for multiple dog breeds including a pitbull, shih tzu, poodle, husky, and German shepherd, and I currently have two miniature goldendoodles that I walk and care for every day. Through these experiences, I’ve become very comfortable working with animals of all sizes and personalities, and I truly enjoy providing them with attentive, loving, and reliable care. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine and availability. I work evenings at my other job, which allows me to provide pet care services during the morning and afternoon. This flexible schedule makes it easy for me to walk, feed, and check in on animals one to three times per day as needed. I also have Thursdays off and most weekends available, giving me even more time to dedicate to longer walks, playtime, and consistent care. Because I already walk my own dogs daily, incorporating additional pets into my routine is something I am comfortable with, and I am committed to providing reliable, attentive care that fits each animal’s individual needs. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, comfortable environment with plenty of toys and space for them to play and stay active. I make sure they receive lots of attention, regular potty breaks, fresh water, and follow any feeding or care routines provided. When caring for pets in your home, I focus on keeping them comfortable in their familiar environment by playing with them, giving them plenty of attention, and maintaining their normal routine. I also make sure they are cleaned up well, have fresh water at all times, and that their space is kept tidy so they feel happy, safe, and well cared for.

I have a summer job that starts on May 26th, and I have training from 9-4 on May 17th and 23rd. I'm unsure of which days I'll be working yet, so I will let you know when I can what my schedule will be. I will be completely free on weekends aside from outside events. I appreciate detailed instructions on any specifics needed when caring for your pets, such as medications, feeding times, bathroom breaks, regular walks, or any other schedule they need.
“Mae is the bomb! I think my animals really like them, and I definitely appreciate their support. They have been caring for my babies for going on 3 weeks, 4 days a week and it’s a godsend for my busy schedule. They are super bubbly and sweet, keep on top of communication, and follow instructions to a T. My neighbors see them all the time and always tell me how much they like Mae and how friendly they are. Plus, they take really good pictures. Highly recommend.”

“Nick did an amazing job watching my dogs while I was away. He is very knowledgeable about taking care of dogs and that out my mind at ease when I was out of town. When I came home, my dogs and cat were completely calm as if I had only been gone for a few minutes instead of a few days.”

Lauren is amazing! She’s went above and beyond on her visits with our dog - taking her on walks, spending time with her to play, and taking extra care when she was being a picky eater. She kept us updated with pictures and notes and put our minds at ease. She even watered my flowers. She was a fabulous find, and we will definitely book again with her next time. Highly recommend!

Haylie was an absolute dream to work with! I needed someone very last minute to watch my fur babies on my wedding day, and she came through. She made sure my pups were completely taken care of so I could stay focused on my day. Haylie sent updates after every drop-in visit, with pictures — which meant the a lot to us!Overall, she took what could have been a major source of stress and made it go smoothly! Highly recommend!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
