About: I have had a dog for 8 years and am considering adopting a sibling. This will be a great way to not only find some wonderful new doggy friends and families but to also acclimate my dog to having another dog in the house. I have a large fenced in yard and am home on weekends so my dog and I would welcome some company! I work full time during the week and am in the office 3 days so I work from home on Fridays and have weekends free! I have a fenced in yard and friendly dog who would love some company. I do also have a crate so can crate your pup as well or they can sleep in a bed, on the couch, wherever they are comfortable!

About: I’ve worked in Animal Welfare for three years now, and currently work at the belleville area humane society. I see myself continuing down this path and would like to broaden my horizons. I’m looking into starting training as well in the future. I work with dogs and cats daily. I have nights off and don’t usually have other activities that occupy my nights. My off days are usually completely free. I live in a house currently and let my dogs out leashed. I don’t do any unsupervised activities. When I have other pets in my home/care I stay alert.

I have plenty of available time. I can do morning hours, afternoon and possibly some evenings. My schedule is very open and I always have my car. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in my home and in their owner’s home. I follow feeding schedules, keep litter boxes and pet areas clean, and give pets lots of attention and affection. I’m patient, gentle, and respectful of each pet’s routine and personality. Safety is very important to me, and I treat every pet like they are my own.
