I’m a student so I’m usually studying at home with my Havanese! I maintain a feeding, grooming, exercise, and mental enrichment routine with my dog. I can offer similar services but just let me know what you’re looking for.
“Ashley is great with my young Goldendoodle Herman! She takes him on the best walks in our neighborhood while my husband and I are at work. Ashley is great at communicating & accommodating my family’s dynamic schedule—and Herman is so much happier when I get home from work when he’s gotten attention from Ashley during the day!!”

About: Hi! I’m Chelsea, a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities. I currently have a year and a half old mix named Jake, so I’m very familiar with puppy energy, training, and making sure dogs get the physical and mental enrichment they need. I take pet care seriously and always aim to create a calm, safe, and structured environment where pets feel comfortable. I’m attentive to each dog’s individual needs—whether that means long walks, playtime, enrichment activities, or simply relaxing and keeping them company. My background working in behavioral health has also given me a lot of patience, awareness, and the ability to stay calm in different situations—skills that translate really well to working with animals. When your pet is with me, you can expect: • Lots of attention and supervision • Updates and photos while you’re away • Respect for your pet’s routine and training • A calm and caring environment I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I’ll treat your dog like family while you’re gone. My work schedule is still being finalized, so my availability may vary week to week. However, I keep my Rover calendar updated and will always communicate clearly about availability before confirming bookings. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on maintaining the pet’s normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure in their familiar environment. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications if needed, and any specific preferences your pet has. I also make sure pets receive plenty of attention, enrichment, and supervision while you’re away. I respect my clients’ homes and always keep things clean, provide regular updates and photos, and communicate promptly if anything comes up.
About: I have grown up in a household with dogs, mainly the medium to large sized breeds. I have experience with all sizes of dogs though, as I have taken care of a variety of sized dogs for friends, family, and neighbors. I have taken care of cats and dogs when needing medical care - especially giving meds and minor wound care - and also have groomed and walked many types and sizes of dogs. I love making sure the pets are healthy and happy. I have volunteered at an animal shelter to help with the care of animals - providing play time, meds, and grooming of both dogs and cats. I'm currently a full time student at SIUE and I'm in the MFA art studio program. For Spring 2026 semester my schedule is Mon-Thu for 7-9 hours continuously for classes/GA positon. Fridays typically I'll be at campus for a few hours for creating work, in crits, or in meetings. Weekends I'm generally free. Please note these amount of times away for house sittings and let me know if this is of any concern. Drop-ins/walks midday Mon-Thurs tend to be difficult as I have little to no breaks, but can do before/after classes. I'll let you know if there is something happening during your requested time that will have me away from the house for longer than normal. During house sitting, I can provide food, medicine, play time, walks, and many other services. I also am willing to assist with house related things - bringing in mail, taking trash out for trash pickup, etc - just let me know and we can work it out. For walks and drop ins, my availability is generally flexible outside of classes/work and will work with you to determine the best time(s) to be there. I can also provide some house related services (like bring in mail and packages) upon request. Please note I do have in person classes and GA position at SIUE Monday through Friday, so availability is based upon schedule and distance from campus. I am available to help with the pets at the clients home. I can either stay at your place or go home at night, which I can work with you based on your needs and comfort. I have experience with gated and non gated yards (so needing to leash the dog when taking out for the potty), gates for inside the house, and crate training. Often I will have my own leash with me so that if anything happens, I'm prepared. As for walks, I often work with the dog(s) to see what triggers them and avoid as much as possible. I know not all dogs are friendly with other dogs or people so I am aware of my surroundings and provide appropriate distance and avoid people and dogs as best as I can.
“Amazing experience. Gabby was a very easy going and cared well for our dogs. She is a professional and I highly recommend her. Once you meet her, your mind will be at ease knowing your pets and safe and sound in her care. Great communications throughout the experience. 100% recommend and will call on her again!”

“SarahGrace went above and beyond. She was my dog sitter in my own home for a week. When I came back Mr Boo’s coat was looking glossy because she fed him so well. My house was spotless and she even bought him a nice new bandana collar with beautiful designs. I’d recommend her for people who need someone dependable, responsible and who has integrity and work ethic. Thank you SarahGrace!”
About: I have been caring for pets since I was old enough to remember! I am a dog mom to a sweet and loving 3 year old Pitbull Mix. I have experience caring for dogs from the puppy stage all the way up to their senior years. I have cared for animals on various energy levels, ranging from very shy to full of energy. I also have experience looking after kittens and cats. I hope I can be the right choice for you and your fur baby! I am a nurse at a local hospital working 3 days per week (7am-7pm) with a schedule that varies week to week. I co-parent my sweet doggo, Maya, with my significant other, so I will be able to devote the time needed to caring for your cherished pet as well! I lived in an inner-city apartment with my dog for many years, so I am familiar with taking animals out and finding great spots for potty breaks, walks, and space to run around. My girl has moderate separation anxiety and is currently on medication, so I am competent in giving pets their medications and caring for those who are a bit more on the nervous side.
