I am retired and have a flexible schedule. Occasionally I help with grandkids, but I do not schedule what would be inadequate times for them or clients.

- Ahead of time, I want to know the health status of a pet: medications, physical limits and psychological needs. I also want to know if there are "triggers" or commands that elicit a reaction. I also want to know how a pet reacts to entering their home...frantic, fearful, anxious, hyperactive, etc.
