“Rachel was great during the drop in visits. Our recently rescued pug is overweight & vision impaired so he requires the medicated eye drops, & Rachel was very caring in placing the eye drops. Our pug also takes awhile to relieve himself during a walk & Rachel was kind enough to take him on an extended walk so he could potty/poop multiple times during the walk.
