Our pug also takes awhile to relieve himself during a walk & Rachel was kind enough to take him on an extended walk so he could potty/poop multiple times during the walk. About: Hi! My name is Nikki and I’ve lived with dogs and cats since I was a toddler. I always loved helping my parents and grandma with our many pets while growing up, but it wasn’t until I graduated high school that I decided to start expanding to pet-sitting for my friends as well! I was always happy to spend time with and gain knowledge from their furry friends. Two years after high school, I adopted a sweet husky puppy. He was just 8 weeks old when I took him home and I quickly realized raising a puppy is A LOT of work (but worth it!!). After a long journey of trial and error and 4 training classes together, he’s the best friend I could ask for. Three years later my dad rescued 3 more husky puppies, who I also helped raise! They have definitely taught me patience, how to deal with a semi-reactive dogs, and has made me confident in my ability to care for large breeds. I’ve looked after a variety of breeds, big and small, timid and reactive. I’m experienced in handling high energy dogs, young puppies who are still learning, and older dogs who need extra care and patience. I’ve also looked after cats, including those that needed help with medications and asthma treatment. Whether your pets like to walk and play or just need someone to hangout with while you’re gone, I can do it all. I will care for your beloved pets in your home and follow all your wants and needs! I’m currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to play with your pets! I’m currently available any time Wednesday-Friday and on most Saturdays. I like to know all the details about your pets every day life so I can help keep their routines as normal as possible. “Sterling was great! He always showed up within the given time window and gave my baby some love. I really appreciated the notes and pictures he’d leave on the Rover Card as well. Seeing that my kitty was being sociable and playing with his toys made me very happy. Also, I noticed in one of the pictures that Sterling took his shoes off in the house. I appreciated that SO MUCH because we are a shoes-off home to keep the floors clean. This booking was made because of a trip that was made on short notice, so Sterling being very easy to get in touch with made everything easy and worry-free. About: I’ve had pets since i can remember. There’s never been a time in my life i haven’t had a cat or dog! As I got older, I began shaping a better life for myself, for them!
