“Claudia is the perfect pet mom! We have an older dog that has some anxiety issues but is generally sweet as can be so as our first time using Rover we were somewhat nervous as well. Claudia kept us informed and reassured us while we were gone on our trip with pictures and texts . His first day he had an accident inside and she was more than tolerant and patient as he was getting used to a new surrounding. ROCCO was all smiles and that’s all we needed to know that we had made the right decision with Claudia. We will definitely call on her again when we travel and refer any of our friends to call on her well.”

She was a bit sad and tired the day after pick up, but that’s a good sign that she had lots of play time and loved her stay. She briefly greeted us at pick up but then turned right around to dig in the toy basket to show us her favorite! 110% recommend Kara and Chris and they will be our go to for any other care we may need. Jenny was super accommodating for our doggo, kept us updated on him, and worked with him. Honestly, we truly enjoyed our trip because we felt he was in the right care! She was very prepared and made sure our boy was comfortable.”
