Full time sitter in dog loving home
My wife and I are dog lovers with one of our own - Penny Lane. We have a very pet friendly home with doggie beds and toys throughout. We have a nice fenced backyard with grass that views the golf course so your pet can enjoy the view. No pool or hot tub. Neither house next door has pets. Our home is mostly tile with area rugs. We have gates to keep your pets away from the front door and safe until you return home.

I was recommended by a friend from out of state to try Rover. So thankful to have found these wonder people to watch my 88 yr. old mom's two little yorkies when she had to have surgery, then was sent to a rehab facility. They have never been to a pet sitter and are a bit nervous and quirky. Myron and Pat welcomed them into their WONDERFUL pet friendly home, communicated and sent pics daily. They were so loving and affectionate to the dogs and even their little fur baby, PennyLane, was a great comfort to my mom's yorkies. The dogs immediately bonded with them and Penny, and they even all slept in the same bed. They were very thorough with feeding routines, potty breaks and the peace of mind it gave us is beyond words. I highly recommend Pat and Myron and will definitely use Rover and them in the future!

Schedule
I am retired from the US Postal Service and can spend the entire day watching and caring for your fur baby. My wife works, but is home most days and every evening to help love your pets while you are away. We are people who love watching your dog in our home, but we are human and need our sleep. We will accept drop offs and pick ups between the hours of 7:00 am until 11:00 pm. If you need something before or after, please arrange your stay to start the day before or the pickup to be the day after. We understand today’s travel can have you running late. Please call and communicate any change in travel plans.

I have a fenced yard and double gated entry points for every door in our home (human passes they first gate, closes the gate to ensure all dogs are on the other side before opening the second door).

A typical day
We enjoy walking and would love to take your dog with us on our daily walks. We have a selection of toys and doggy games to keep your pet engaged until you return. You can feel comfortable knowing your dog will be safe and loved while you are away. Please note - in consideration of pet and human health, we do not walk dogs for more than a mile due to heat from June 15th thru Sept. 15th. We will do an early morning walk or late evening walk, but the rest of the day is limited to time in our backyard that does offer about 1/2 of the space as real grass for the dogs. If your pup requires mid-day walks during the summer, we apologize, but we are not a good fit.
