About: I've been the go-to dog sitter among neighbors and coworkers because I love a long walk! Although I've had my own pets and use to volunteer at shelters over summers, petsitting works better for my travel schedule these days. I work a hybrid schedule and have the flexiblity to board or drop by 2x-3x a day. I work a hybrid work schedule that allows me the flexibility to work from home to keep your pet company, go for walks/have playtime and give plenty of attention. I have a fenced in yard and no pets of my own currently. I love all animals and can accomidate whatever needs your pet may have!

“Ron has walked our dog several times during the day. We appreciate his punctuality and ability to help on short notice. He came to meet our dog before the scheduled walk and we really appreciated it. Good communication as well.”

“Melissa went above and beyond!! When our little dog needed to get to the vet unexpectedly, Melissa got him there! Kind heart, great care and very conscientious!! Thank you Melissa!!”

“Ava does a wonderful job with Truly. She's been walking her daily for the past weeks, and is always punctual and professional. Comnunivation has been clear and easy, and Truly seems to love her walks!”

“Michael's been such an asset to our family. I have to travel for work sometimes, and can be away for months at a time. Knowing Michael will be there to walk our girl gives me such peace of mind. And getting photos from their walks really makes my day when I am feeling homesick. Thank you, Michael!”

“Came over the day before to meet Sawyer. Went for walk on trail near my house even though I said they could just walk the neighborhood. Went above and beyond, would book again!”

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life! I have 10+ years of pet sitting experience and have cared for many different dog breeds, from high energy pups to laid-back seniors. I also volunteer with the KC Pet Project Dog Day Out program, giving shelter dogs extra love, enrichment and exercise. I’m lucky to live near a large park and the Country Club Plaza, perfect for long walks and active playtime. I also have a strong background caring for barn animals, so I’m very comfortable around animals of all sizes. I work full-time, but am available in the early mornings, during lunch breaks and in the evenings, with full flexibility Friday - Sunday for all needs. I am able to follow each pets specific routine, providing proper exercise, feeding, fresh water, and plenty of attention while ensuring safety in your home.

“Lori has been wonderful with my goldendoodle! She is reliable and dedicated to her clients. She has been easy to work with and flexible with scheduling. I always know that my pup will be in good hands on his daily walk, and I receive several photo updates to prove it :D”
“Kimball is wonderful! She happily met our pup beforehand and was very professional and attentive to her needs. She did a great job of walking her and loving on her, making sure she got a good walk in while we are at work.”

We love seeing new faces and making new friends!!! 🐾 I have worked with animals for so long that it is basically my life now. I live for the moments when I can play or hang out with some furbabies. About: I treat every pet like they’re my own and really pay attention to what makes them comfortable and happy. I have experience with both puppies and senior dogs, so I’m patient with training routines and extra gentle with older pets who may need a slower pace or medication. I’m also great with communication, so you’ll always get updates and photos while you’re away. Pet care fits really naturally into my routine! I have a flexible schedule, so I’m able to plan my day around walks, feedings, and check-ins without rushing. I genuinely enjoy getting outside and being active, so walks and playtime are something I look forward to. I’m also consistent with routines, which helps pets feel comfortable and settled while you’re away. I try to keep things as close to your pet’s normal routine as possible so they feel comfortable and stress-free. In your home, I follow your instructions closely with feeding, walks, playtime, and any medications, while also keeping the space clean and respectful. If I’m caring for a pet in my home, I make sure they have a safe, cozy environment, plenty of attention, and lots of exercise and play! I always adjust based on each pet’s personality and needs.
“Michaela is so good with my rambunctious boys! I don't trust many people can handle them and she has my absolute trust. She's very friendly, responsive -and most of all - a kennel break savior! I absolutely recommend her...as long as you don't take her away from us!”

“We are really pleased with Erin’s care of our dog. Erin has been walking her a couple of times a week for the past three months. She gives her a nice long walk and does a great job updating us about how the visit went. Erin is responsive to requests and always shows up when she says she will.”

About: I’ve been taking care of pets since we got our family dog when I was 9. I’m used to large breeds that tend to be aggressive as that is what I was raised with. I also have experience house sitting for other pets and catering to special needs of pets. I’ve pet sat for friends and neighbors for the past 11 years and understand how special a person is to a family so I always do my best to take care of them. I work full time overnight shifts from 11pm to 7am on the typical shift. It’s the perfect schedule because I’m at work while my pets are sleeping and I can be home with them while they’re awake and want to walk or play. Caring for animals has always come second nature to me as someone who was raised in a house full of different types of animals so I always listen to what my pets need through their body language and how they act or react to their environment.
“Chris was awesome for the week he came over and walked my large dog. I totally trusted him taking good care of her. I will definitely be booking with him again and would recommend to anyone else.”

“Whitney is AMAZING with my puppy. He’s 2 months old and a lot of work but she’s sooo good and patient with him. She’s very reliable and punctual. I love getting his pictures and a summary throughout the day while they are on their walks. She’s such an animal lover. My puppy and my kitty just love her. I trust her and recommend her 100%.”
Sunset Hill dog parents share their Rover experiences
Really appreciated how Jennifer wanted to get to know our doggie better before she is boarding him in March. She genuinely was interested in what was best for him and putting him at ease. You could tell how comfortable she was with any situation and we can't wait for Zachy to spend some time with her!

Erin was exceptional. When her work schedule changed, she immediately fixed the issue by connecting us to another Rover she knew to make sure her shift was covered. She shared notes and visuals with us and any concerns she had. Great communication!! Thank you Erin!!!

After Melissa watch Nelson earlier this summer, I knew it would be a great fit for her to come by on a day where we were gonna be out of the house for over 12 hours. It’s such a relief to know that Nelson is happy with Melissa and that she wouldn’t be alone for the whole time! P.S she always takes the best pictures!!
