From start to finish, she was an absolute gem with my dogs, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience while we were away. We had Arabella do drop-ins three times a day, and she handled everything with patience, professionalism, and a genuinely good nature that put us completely at ease. She followed my instructions to the letter — no shortcuts, no guesswork — just attentive, thoughtful care exactly the way I asked. My little one can be quite the stubborn diva when it comes to going outside, and Arabella handled that with grace and humor.
