Our dog is anxious and reactive to strangers so we had Katherine come for a few drop ins beforehand so our dog could get used to her. She was very patient with him and got him to trust her. During her housesit, she sent us very frequent updates and communicated well. She left our apartment very organized and even washed the bedsheets she used!
