Our cat Rumi loves to hide when people she doesn't know come to the house, but Cynthia soon learned all of her hiding places and even those we didn't know about! Cynthia earned Rumi's trust and connected with her a little more with each visit to where Rumi was loving up to her & demanding attention. In fact, Cynthia taught us things about our cat we didn't even know like the fact that she is a trickster and a comedian (who knew she could open/close cabinets?). I've never known a pet sitter to spend so much time and effort bonding with an animal. Rumi was happy to see us when we got home, but I swear she was looking around the house for Cynthia and meowing-- calling out for her new friend. About: I’ve owned dogs since my early childhood days. I’m patient and loving with all animals. Currently, my adult son has a chocolate lab which I have taken care of many times, feeding and taking her on walks. I don’t have a problem cleaning up dog 💩. Being a retired IT professional, I have an open/flexible calendar to accommodate pet owner’s needs. I’m available, at a time convenient with pet parents, for a meet and greet and would love to meet you and your cat(s). During the meet and greet process, I will take notes and ensure all cat-caring needs are met. This includes feeding schedules and/or restrictions, location of litter boxes; but also includes getting to know your fur baby as well (eg. favorite toy, outdoor breaks, etc.).

About: I view caring for dogs as much more than a job. Connection and care for animals comes very natural to me and I view the dogs I care for as family I’m currently working another job, however I want to transition to dog care being more full time for me. I can fit pet care into my mornings and evenings when I am not working. I have a large park right next to my apartment complex. It’s great for walks, playing fetch, and also interaction with another dogs as there is a little fenced in area for the dogs to play. There is also plenty of area in the neighborhoods near by for walking
