About: I have had pets for 17 years and so far I have 2 cats and 5 very friendly dogs. I know every behavior and jests at them or if they feel sick I am at home full time. The only time I go out is to go to the market and the occasional medical appointment. The rest of the time I will be caring for and raising your little loved one. My house has a secure fence, a yard to run around in. They will have fun meeting new friends. When they get tired they will sleep in a bed or blanket if they want.
About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with years of experience fostering dogs and caring for friends’ pets. I genuinely enjoy working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages—whether that’s active play, long walks, or relaxed cuddle time. I have a rescued doodle who I trained to become a certified therapy dog, and we volunteer together at schools. He gets along well with all the dogs that come into our home. I also foster with a senior dog rescue, giving me experience with older dogs who need extra patience and care. We live in a small house with a large, fenced-in yard that dogs absolutely love. I’m attentive, gentle, and experienced in administering medication, and I treat every dog with love to make sure they feel safe, happy, and at home. Pet care is something I truly enjoy, and I make it a priority in my daily life. When I’m not working, I dedicate as much time as possible to caring for and bonding with the pets I sit for. As a teacher, I work most days from 8:30-1:30, but I have plenty of availability on weekends, holidays, and evenings. This allows me to be present, attentive, and consistent—whether your pet needs companionship, playtime, or a calm, comforting presence. I offer a safe, loving, and relaxed environment for pets in my care. I live in a cozy, private home located at the back of a quiet property, complete with a securely fenced-in yard where dogs can safely explore and play. I’m also very active and love taking dogs on walks to a nearby park that has both a large grassy field and a fenced-in dog area for safe off-leash time. My own dog, a gentle and friendly 35-pound doodle, is incredibly calm and welcoming with other dogs. He’s been a wonderful companion while I’ve fostered senior dogs and often sets a great example with his mellow demeanor and friendly energy. I'm also happy to care for pets in your home if that’s what your dog prefers. In most cases, I would bring my doodle along with me, as he’s well-socialized, non-aggressive, and comfortable in new environments. I always prioritize your pet’s comfort, safety, and routine, whether at my home or yours.
“Super friendly and on time! Scheduled a drop in before the sit to get an idea on what my dogs needs were. Followed all directions and sent lots of photos during sits! Highly recommend”

“She’s just the best!! I got daily photos and updates of the cats. She took the time to play with them and made sure they got some attention and love while we were away. She even left bags of treats for them :)”

About: Hi! My name is Karina, and I’m a reliable, compassionate animal lover with hands-on experience caring for all kinds of pets. I have volunteered at an animal shelter where I helped with feeding, cleaning, administering medications, and walking dogs, so I’m comfortable caring for pets with different personalities and needs. I love flexibility, me being a full time medical student it is difficult to abide to 9-5 jobs, so having the flexibility to drop in at any time I choose to works great with my schedule. I provide a calm, safe, and attentive environment for every pet in my care. I carefully follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, potty breaks, walks, and playtime routines to help pets feel comfortable and stress-free. I also give regular updates and make sure pets receive lots of love, patience, and attention while their owners are away.

About: Like most people I have owned and loved dogs and had pets growing up my whole life. Always treating them with care and respect to earn their trust as well as any other animals. I have open scheduling all day/week depending on what I am doing and can always make time to give care or to help a pet or pet owner who needs it. Just let me know and I will try to help and make time! I treat the pet, the owner, and the home with care and respect as if it was part of my life and family. Providing the appropriate service and care needed to help out.
About: Hi! My name is Cate. I’ve grown up with/taken care of dogs and cats my whole life. A lot of my free time is shelter volunteering, and taking care of friends/family dogs! I’m looking forward to taking care of your furry family members! I’m currently working from home, so stopping in to say hi to your furry friends will not problem at any time of the day! I’m currently in an apartment with no yard, so I do not offer services in my home, but I am more than willing (and happy) to come to yours!

I am comfortable handling energetic puppies, senior pets, and dogs that require extra patience and attention. I prioritize cleanliness, safety, and clear communication with pet owners to ensure every pet feels secure and cared for in my presence. I am available for pet care any time after 4 PM Monday through Friday, as well as anytime on Saturdays. I make sure pets have a clean, comfortable space, fresh water, and plenty of attention. I also prioritize safety, consistency, and clear communication with owners to ensure their pets feel safe and well cared for.
About: Ive taken care of dogs ages ranging from 2-15. I’ve also been relied on to take on care for a boxer mix for a client’s 7 month deployment. I’m available everyday starting at 3pm and free every single weekend. If communicated beforehand I can make adjustments and make a schedule that can accommodate both of us! :) I have a dog named Max (maltipoo) I will love and care for your furbaby as my own. Hopefully Max can meet his future friends!
“We have a special needs 10 year old diabetic/blind shorkie mix that needs meds with her meals and insulin injections. Stephanie's veterinary experience was invaluable in taking care of our pupper while I went away on a 5 day work trip. Stephanie took care of everything during our dogs morning and evening meals and was very communicative about how our pup was doing. Will definitely book with Stephanie again and recommend others do also! She is super awesome!”

“Emma was very friendly, provided great photos and updates, and easy to work with, even when the care instructions were a little complicated. I would recommend booking with her.”

About: Hello! Just a little about me. I was raised around cats & dogs my whole life. So I am aware of the constant needs that they may require. Whether that be enjoying the weather outside on a walk or a much needed cuddle sesh. I also genuinely love dogs and cats! From high energy dogs that are always on the go and to the mellow cat that just prefers to lounge around on a sun spot. So I'm sure I will love your fur baby during the time that I'll spend with them no matter the circumstance! I am currently working full time as an early childhood educator for the past 9 years, however I do have an open availability for house sitting during the weekends on Friday evening through Sunday evening. I work with children as a Teachers Assistant so “Safety” is my middle name! I am hyper attentive when around animals and will also put their needs first.
“Here's a review you can use for your pet sitter: I am grateful for the care my dog and cat received during their time with Elissa. My fur babies were happy and well-cared for, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!"”

About: Hi there! My name is Audrey Wall. I’m excited to use my passion and experience with animals for your pets. I grew up with dogs of all sizes and breeds, and I’ve had the best experience of sitting a variety of dogs back in 2021. I had to pause my sitter duties because of my active duty status, but now that I’m retiring, I’d love the opportunity to watch your pets. While my services are limited to daily walking and drop-in visits, the love and care I’ll provide are limitless! I understand what it can feel like to be worried about your pet being home alone while you’re away, so please allow me to put your mind at ease! My schedule is flexible, so I will always try to move my daily tasks to fit your needs! All I ask is for clear and frequent communication. I live in a single-family residence with a large grass backyard. I have a 90 lb, 8 year old rescue who is not friendly with other animals, so unfortunately, I cannot do in-sitter home boarding.
Southwest pet parents share their Rover experiences
We cannot recommend Sara enough! Taking care of 3 puppies 🐶 is no easy task, but she handled everything so well. She made sure they were fed, cared for, and took the extra time to help our puppies warm up to her and feel comfortable. 🤍🤍 She is trustworthy, communicative, and sent detailed updates with lots of pictures after every visit, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Knowing our puppies were in such caring hands made all the difference. We are so grateful for all the love and attention she gave them! Will most definitely rebook and highly recommend her when needing care for our furbabies! 🐾

Here's a review you can use for your pet sitter: I am grateful for the care my dog and cat received during their time with Elissa. Brandee is the absolute best! She replied to my booking so fast. Eventhough she wasn't available for the entire booking, she actively searched for friends who could help. Other sitters just turned down the request, or didn't reply. We agreed on some days that would work. The request was to care for tiny, sick, shelter kittens. The job was not easy, it involved an application to the animal shelter, wearing full protective gear, coordinating with the foster coordinator, and then caring for sick kittens. She handled it like a pro! She found her way in and worked with the kittens and even sent pictures. I highly recommend her as a pet sitter!

Andrea is the BEST! She makes my cat feel so comfortable and always takes great care of him. She is the only person I book when I leave town and ill use her services every time she is available. Very reliable and kind. Great communication so you always know what's going on while youre away. I recommend her every time!

Shannon did amazing. She handled my sifting pellet wood litter so well with it being her first time, gave my baby ample amounts of attention and love. Communication was frequent alongside cute pictures of my sweetie. Wish I could book you again. Have fun up north 🖤

Belinda watched my cat, Bella, for about 3 weeks and she did fantastic! Bella warmed up to her right away. Belinda was great about sending photos and making sure Bella’s food, water, and litter were taken care of. It made me feel much better knowing that there was such a caring person looking after my girl. I’d be happy to book her again.
