“Lori watched our dog Hana for four nights and we couldn’t be more pleased. Hana can be very anxious and temperamental, but Lori exceeded our expectations and was able to form a bond with her quickly. We usually avoid boarding Hana at larger facilities because she becomes overwhelmed and overly anxious. However, Lori was able to provide Hana with much more intimate care where she felt safer. Lori provided daily updates showing us that Hana was active and well taken care of. This made it much easier to feel at ease while we are on vacation. We will certainly be using her again.”

“Brandee is the absolute best! She replied to my booking so fast. Eventhough she wasn't available for the entire booking, she actively searched for friends who could help. Other sitters just turned down the request, or didn't reply. We agreed on some days that would work. The request was to care for tiny, sick, shelter kittens. The job was not easy, it involved an application to the animal shelter, wearing full protective gear, coordinating with the foster coordinator, and then caring for sick kittens. She handled it like a pro! She found her way in and worked with the kittens and even sent pictures. I highly recommend her as a pet sitter!”

I’ve also cared for my mom’s boxer for a year and even taught her, her favorite trick… tossing a treat up with her nose and catching it! I’ve looked after my friends’ pets as well, including cats, kittens, dogs, puppies, senior dogs, birds (parrot), a chameleon, and special mentioned of a disabled Frenchie who needed a little extra help to go potty. I make friends with any neighborhood kitties when they let me. Usually just takes a bit of chicken or turkey. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was a little girl. I have always had dogs around me. When I was a teen, I started dog sitting and dog walking in my neighborhood. This is something my dad and I would do together. As an adult, I am my friends’ and family’s go to person when it comes to help them with their pets. Two of these four times per day are longer walks in the neighborhood or to the park. I keep dogs on the leash at all time when we are outside. I have a fenced backyard where they can be outside and lay in the sun, and can’t escape. They also have access to water and food as required by the owner. My dog Olive is super friendly, and loves being around other dogs. She is around 15 lbs. I have a cat who is friendly but does not want to do much with other dogs. He mostly stays away.

The only time I go out is to go to the market and the occasional medical appointment. The rest of the time I will be caring for and raising your little loved one. My house has a secure fence, a yard to run around in. They will have fun meeting new friends. When they get tired they will sleep in a bed or blanket if they want.

About: Having 4+ years of volunteering at my animal shelter has given me the experience to handle various kinds of dogs and their personality traits. I primarily bring them out in the play yards to get their daily exercise so to do this outside the shelter would be like my ideal day of never ending fun. On weekdays, I provide morning care before heading to work (which begins at 8:00 AM in Chula Vista). Depending on my route, I’m typically available again between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. After work, I return to spend a few hours feeding, caring for, and giving your pet plenty of attention. I then briefly check in on my own pets before coming back to your home for the evening and overnight care. On weekends, I have greater flexibility. I am available every Saturday and every other Sunday, allowing me to dedicate even more time and attention to your pet’s needs. Caring for your pet is both a joy and a responsibility I take seriously. While you’re away, they’ll be treated like one of my own—with lots of love, attention, and care. I like to follow a detailed care sheet outlining your pet’s usual routine so I can mirror it as closely as possible, helping them feel comfortable and at ease in your absence. I also need more services so I thought doing 2 apps at a time might bring more income. I let them out every 2-4 hours to go potty or as needed or instructed my owner. I feed them based off their eating schedule and how many time a day they eat. I take them out for walks and to play with them outside frequently. If the parent need me to do anything else for their pups I’m more than happy to do so.
