“Lori is my favorite sitter! She is thoughtful, trustworthy, and overall takes great care of my dogs. She was also communicative about my dogs behavior while they were with her, and she was very patient with one of my dogs misbehaving a little. I can rest easy whenever my dogs are with her!”

“Clara is a kind and accommodating cat sitter. She sent pictures of Kal interacting with her dog that makes Kal peacefully, ,comfortable and happy finding companion with her dog. Kal cried when my son picked him up,.. Kal wants to stay with his new friend dog. Thank you Ms Clara will see you again.”

“Araceli was great with my two corgis. She kept me updated throughout my time away with pictures and videos. My doggos had the best time and I plan to rebook with her the next time I need a sitter.”
“It was our first time booking with Monique and I would 100% book again! We left our dog with her for five nights, and he was well taken care of. We got daily updates and pictures, and we love that she has a work-from-home and fenced yard set-up so that he was with people most of the time. Thank you Monique! Sheep seems like he had a great time with you!”

“Hi awesome Claudia & Cris! Your dogs are just so.. adorable!!🥰😊 Thanks so much for being there at such very short notice. Your sharing videos of Joby plainly sees he is having a wonderful time. We could see him smiling all around. Yessssss! I totally would recommend Claudia & Cris to care for your fur baby. We are one happy customer and will most definitely be back for future times ahead.😁😂😂”

“We recently decided to try Stacy for an overnight stay after having such a positive experience with her during our dog’s first daycare visit. Stacy was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, understanding our senior dog’s needs and even providing a special bed for her to rest on. She also let her stay by the door so she could enjoy some people-watching, which our dog loves. Throughout the overnight stay, Stacy kept us updated with photos and messages, which was so reassuring. We’re grateful to have found such a caring sitter and will definitely return to Stacy whenever we need dog-sitting in the future!”

“Desteny took amazing care of King when I had to go out of town. She sent photos of him every day, and he looked calm and happy in every single one. She was accommodating of his needs, and was willing to give him the same routine and structure that he has at home. I appreciate her willingness to provide boarding for King despite my request being short notice. Will definitely board with her next time!”

“Mark and his son were really awesome with our dog, Thor. We booked a 10 day stay, and Mark provided consistent updates on how Thor was doing. They walked him regularly and played with him often, and they have a great home with a back yard Thor could enjoy. I felt comfortable and confident leaving my fur baby with them!”

“Rippley and Biscuit loved Kaitlin and Verle! I was so happy to see how relaxed my reactive and senior puppers were at a new location. The pictures they sent me of the dogs in full potato mode assured me that they felt right at home.”

“Alan is the BEST EVER!! We are repeat customers. Our guy, Tubby, always loves to visit Alan. Alan is very kind, attentive, caring, and friendly. He LOVES animals and his job. Our family always feels at peace when Tubby is being sat by Alan. Alan, gives Tubby plenty of walks and playtime. His home is very spacious, cozy, and clean. Tubby always comes home looking clean, well-kept, and happy :)”

“Having a rescue dog is always an adjustment and Melinda made sure my puppy was comfortable while I was out of town. She also started to get her socialized with other pups, before I took my puppy she wasn’t even walking on a leash and now she’s not only walking on a leash but also only going potty outside all thanks to Melinda. Whenever I have to go out of town this is who will watch my baby. She also made sure to keep me updated with what was going on with daily photos. Thank you so much.”
“Pilar was awesome. She made my baby feel so at home he didn't want to leave when I went to pick him up. She updated me on how he was doing and sent pictures as well. I will book again with her.”

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover who works from home, so your pet will have my full attention all day long. I currently have a cat and a 15 year old senior dog, so I truly understand the bond we have with our older furry friends. Since I care for a senior dog myself, I’m very comfortable with medical needs. I can easily handle: Injections (like insulin) and any oral medications. Special diets and strict feeding schedules. Senior care for pets who need a slower pace and extra patience. Because I’m home 24/7, I can provide constant companionship and as many potty breaks as needed. Your pet will be treated like family here I work from home full-time, which means I have a very flexible schedule. Your pet will have my companionship 24/7, with constant supervision and as many potty breaks or walks as they need throughout the day A typical day includes lots of cuddles, mental stimulation, and fun games. We will explore the nearby park and enjoy long walks. Since I’m always home, I can strictly follow any feeding or medication schedules your pet requires

“Brandee is the absolute best! She replied to my booking so fast. Eventhough she wasn't available for the entire booking, she actively searched for friends who could help. Other sitters just turned down the request, or didn't reply. We agreed on some days that would work. The request was to care for tiny, sick, shelter kittens. The job was not easy, it involved an application to the animal shelter, wearing full protective gear, coordinating with the foster coordinator, and then caring for sick kittens. She handled it like a pro! She found her way in and worked with the kittens and even sent pictures. I highly recommend her as a pet sitter!”

“Belinda watched my cat, Bella, for about 3 weeks and she did fantastic! Bella warmed up to her right away. Belinda was great about sending photos and making sure Bella’s food, water, and litter were taken care of. It made me feel much better knowing that there was such a caring person looking after my girl. I’d be happy to book her again.”

“Clara was excellent! She responded to a last minute request of mine and accepted right away. Clara sent updates throughout the day and enjoyed taking care of our 2 cats. Our cats seemed to fit right at home with Clara. We will absolutely book her for future visits and highly recommend her 🙌🏼”

“Lynne is seriously the best of the best!! I can always rest and enjoy when I’m out of town knowing she is checking in on my 3 boys. Even my most shy kitten absolutely adores her!! She writes fantastic updates and sends lovely pictures while you are away. I will book with her again and again!”

“Kim did an excellent job taking care of Stella. She is confident around dogs and bonded quickly with Stella. She sent me pics and also cleaned up after Stella's outings. Will definitely be calling Kim again!”

About: I've been a cat lover for as long as I can remember. I grew up with cats and today I share my home with three cats, a dog, and a rabbit, so caring for animals is simply part of my everyday life. I have experience with cats of all ages, from tiny kittens to seniors. I also volunteered at the Humane Society's Kitten Nursery, where I helped care for young kittens who needed extra attention and socialization. Whether your cat is playful, shy, independent, or a professional napper, I'm happy to meet them where they are. I can stop by to feed, refresh water, scoop litter boxes, administer lots of pets (if they're interested!), play, and make sure they have company while you're away. I'm also happy to accommodate last-minute requests whenever my schedule allows. I know how important it is to leave your pets with someone you trust, and I'll care for your cats as if they were my own—with patience, attention, and plenty of love.
“Stacy was amazing! She knew the names of my babies when she came for the meet and greet and she has such a warm, welcoming vibe. She sent lots of pictures while we were away and took great care of our kitties! We highly recommend her!”

“Elizabeth was the best Rover sitter we’ve ever had! She played with them the whole time, watered my plants and sent the BEST pictures. 5 stars for her amazing “snoot” pictures alone! Haha she is a joy to work with and I could tell my kitties adored her! We’ll be booking her every time, if we can!”

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover and have enjoyed caring for pets my whole life. I had my sweet girl Stella, a pug, for 13 years. I crate, potty, and recall trained her as a puppy, fed her a balanced diet of vitamins and homemade food throughout her life, and gave her loving, gentle care in her senior hospice years. I’ve also cared for my mom’s boxer for a year and even taught her, her favorite trick… tossing a treat up with her nose and catching it! I’ve looked after my friends’ pets as well, including cats, kittens, dogs, puppies, senior dogs, birds (parrot), a chameleon, and special mentioned of a disabled Frenchie who needed a little extra help to go potty. I make friends with any neighborhood kitties when they let me. Usually just takes a bit of chicken or turkey. Lol I am happy to say that I have a pretty flexible schedule, so I can work around almost any needs. Let me know what works for you! I’m patient, attentive, and dedicated to making sure every pet feels safe, happy, and loved while in my care. Then when i was 16/17 we got 2 free cats from someone outside of target, & 2-3 years later another kitten from a litter. My family has had 5 cats total & i’ve raised 2 of them myself as a teen when they were kittens to adults. Eventually i moved out & my boyfriend got me a kitten almost 4 years ago. In total i have experience raising 3 kittens to adulthood & i’ve loved being a cat mama for over 10 years.

About: Even though I grew up around dogs, I’ve always loved cats from afar. In the past few years, I have been lucky enough to meet some cats through close friends and earn some experience playing, feeding, and cuddling them. I can’t wait to meet your kitties!

About: Hello! My name is Lyss (they/them) and I am from San Diego, and most recently have worked for an LGBTQ+ non-profit as well as several different roles in public education. I have grown up around all kinds of dogs my whole life and consider myself a canine cuddle enthusiast and pup enrichment director (according to my dog Boba). I am well versed in the ins and outs of caring for dogs and puppies of all ages, and well as more mature pups, and all fur babies in between. I am very comfortable around dogs of all sizes and breeds, reactive or non-reactive, etc. I would be happy to make a game plan with you about how to best care for your four legged fur baby. I am currently between jobs as my contract just ended, so I currently have flexibility for summer and fall bookings. I am able to come by for daily walks and can pop by last minute if you're running home late from work- feel free to connect with me! I am also available for pet sitting. I plan to connect in depth with each pet parent to learn more about how I can best care for your pet. Be it allergen awareness, behavioral considerations, safety notes, or just learning more about how your dog likes to be rewarded or blow off steam- I will be ready to listen and take notes.
About: I grew up with my own pets and have always loved animals. One of my favorite things about them is that no two pets are ever the same. Every animal has their own personality and their own way of showing you what they need. I began working with animals in 2020 as a kennel technician. I cared for pets while they were boarding and made sure they were fed, comfortable and clean while still feeling loved away from home. I later gained experience assisting veterinary technicians and caring for pets in a veterinary hospital. I helped with routine appointments, medications and emergencies. I also worked in veterinary reception and became familiar with many different aspects of pet care. I love caring for all kinds of animals. That includes energetic dogs and puppies who love to explore as well as pets who would rather relax at home and spend time with a companion. I also have a special place in my heart for senior pets. My oldest dog is 20 years and is still happy, playful and full of personality. Although he is now blind and deaf, he still has the heart and spirit of a puppy. Over the years we have learned how to adapt to his needs and help him confidently get around. He has taught me so much about patience, understanding and how much joy our pets can bring to our lives at every age. I know how much your pets mean to you because I feel the same way about my own. I treat every pet I care for like they are my own. I want you to feel confident knowing they are receiving the same love, patience and attention I would want for my pets. I would love the opportunity to get to know your companion and care for them just as you would while you are away. 🐾 I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to provide your pets with care, attention and walks around their usual routines. I can also provide consistent play breaks and plenty of attention throughout the day. On weekends especially, I love being active and exploring new parks and places. If your pet is energetic and loves an adventure, I would be happy to bring them along! If they would rather stay home and snuggle, they will get plenty of affection from me too. I know that leaving your pet with someone else is not always easy. Your pets are family and I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with their care. When I meet a new pet, I always pay attention to their body language and take the time to understand what makes them comfortable. Some pets are excited to meet someone new while others may need more time to warm up. I do everything I can to meet each pet where they are and adapt to their individual needs. During walks, drop-in visits and house sitting, I will follow your pet's usual routines and your instructions as closely as possible. I will make sure they receive the care, exercise, attention and love they need while keeping you updated along the way. My goal is not only to make sure your pet is happy, healthy and comfortable but also to give you peace of mind while you are away. I want you to feel confident knowing your pet is well cared for and hopefully not miss them too much! When house sitting, I understand that I am also caring for your home. I will treat your space with the same respect and care I would want for my own.

“We recently had our senior dog stay with Stacy for her first daycare stay and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Stacy was so attentive to her needs, making sure she was comfortable and well cared for. Meeting Stacy in person on the first day really set our minds at ease and our dog seemed so at ease when we picked her up, clearly a sign she’d been well-loved! I highly recommend Stacy for anyone looking for a compassionate, dependable pet sitter, especially for older dogs.”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was a little girl. I have always had dogs around me. When I was a teen, I started dog sitting and dog walking in my neighborhood. This is something my dad and I would do together. As an adult, I am my friends’ and family’s go to person when it comes to help them with their pets. They will always call me when they go on vacations and need help. I am looking forward to expand my network of people I can help 🙂. Bonus is my own sweet little lady, Olive, who loves all dogs! She would be so happy to have new friends! I work from home part time. I am always home, and only go in and out to get my son from school. I walk my dog four times per day. Two of these four times per day are longer walks in the neighborhood or to the park. I keep dogs on the leash at all time when we are outside. I have a fenced backyard where they can be outside and lay in the sun, and can’t escape. They also have access to water and food as required by the owner. My dog Olive is super friendly, and loves being around other dogs. She is around 15 lbs. I have a cat who is friendly but does not want to do much with other dogs. He mostly stays away.

“Our fur babies were quite comfortable during their stay with Holger. They were accommodating to our schedule and sent us pictures and updates throughout the day. Our babies were treated like family and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone as we will definitely be using them again.”

About: Life long dog owner. Over forty years of experience with large active breeds. From rescue to training giving fur babies an active fun day. I currently have three well behaved German Shepherds that go on long daily walks on a leash or running free at dog beaches and hikes out in the open fields in Otay lakes. I have a large kennel and a back yard with plenty of room for a comfortable stay. I’m currently retired and have plenty of time to have fun with my dogs getting in different adventures daily. We enjoy long hikes to lakes or ponds and frequently go swimming at OB dog beach and fiesta island. Now that I’m retired I would like to dedicate myself to dog training. I have a fenced yard half the yard is a kennel but the kennel stays open for full yard to roam. My pups are usually following me around the house all day so I try to keep them active with training and hikes or long walks. For smaller indoor dogs I will provide a comfortable environment indoors with their own separate kennel to sleep in at night making sure they are pampered and spoiled. My dogs are very gentle and friendly and socialized around different size dogs their whole lives. They also have their own area that they like and stay in that can be secured for added safety.

I've now found my dog sitter for any future trips or needs. Both are such nice people and help rescue dogs in need. I wish them success and will definitely use them again.”

I am currently a student at San Diego State University and am now on break for a couple months. I have very open availability on mornings and afternoons throughout the week. I will always be keeping on eye out for your dog and making sure they are safe. I will tailor the walks to your dogs needs and always use secure leashes.

About: I have had pets since I was a child, I have taken care of my pets, for now I don't have pets, I hope soon, I have even taken care of fish and also plants, but I love animals and all pets and I love old dogs that want many kisses I currently have a part-time job so I can take care of your puppy while you work during the day, and easily if you allow me your pet could sleep with me one day if necessary At the moment I don't have a pet, so all the attention would be for your pet, and if I have a shared patio space, but there are no pets in the area your dog could play with my teenage daughters and would have a lot of love to receive
About: I grew up with 2 childhood dogs & have experience from them, i walked/fed & kept company to my neighbors dog when i was around 12, & i watched my bestfriends dog while they were out of town for 2 weeks. Im a bit rusty with dogs as i haven’t had one myself for quite some time now but id love to get back into their furry world I’m currently a stay at home mom looking for side hustles & i have a lot of free time as i’m home all day I treat every home with care & every pet like my own & follow all care instructions closely. I can stop by for walks, feeding, playtime, & give your pet calm loving attention in a safe space. I can occasionally do overnight stays if needed & given an advance.

About: Having 4+ years of volunteering at my animal shelter has given me the experience to handle various kinds of dogs and their personality traits. I primarily bring them out in the play yards to get their daily exercise so to do this outside the shelter would be like my ideal day of never ending fun. On my free-time I like to research dog breeds and learn anything dog-related. I also love to run my dog blog on instagram. I would like to commit at least 3 days of full-time availability. Nighttime hours (6-11PM) is probably my preferred time because I'm almost always available then. Dogs deserve the exercise and love they need while their owners are away and I'll do my best to make make sure they get it. My house-sitting routine is set to ensure your pet receives consistent, attentive care throughout the day. On weekdays, I provide morning care before heading to work (which begins at 8:00 AM in Chula Vista). Depending on my route, I’m typically available again between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. After work, I return to spend a few hours feeding, caring for, and giving your pet plenty of attention. I then briefly check in on my own pets before coming back to your home for the evening and overnight care. On weekends, I have greater flexibility. I am available every Saturday and every other Sunday, allowing me to dedicate even more time and attention to your pet’s needs. Caring for your pet is both a joy and a responsibility I take seriously. While you’re away, they’ll be treated like one of my own—with lots of love, attention, and care. I like to follow a detailed care sheet outlining your pet’s usual routine so I can mirror it as closely as possible, helping them feel comfortable and at ease in your absence. You can also expect plenty of adorable updates, and I’m always available if you or I have any questions along the way.

I’ve looked after my friends’ pets as well, including cats, kittens, dogs, puppies, senior dogs, birds (parrot), a chameleon, and special mentioned of a disabled Frenchie who needed a little extra help to go potty. About: I am a young entrepreneur with a huge passion for animals. Living with a dog in my home since the day I was born when I found out I could get paid to have more I knew this job was meant for me. I promise to treat your animals as my own and give them the best care in the business. I have an extremely flexible schedule to work with your personal needs. I am more than happy to assist with pick up and drop off as well. Any further questions feel free to contact me via call, text message or email! Thank you! My animals are a huge priority of mine and I always make sure everyone is set up and happy before leaving the house every day. As well as planning my day around their well being. I am very trustworthy and take great care of my own home leaving no exceptions for how i treat others homes with a goal of leaving anything better than when i found it always.

About: Hi, my name is Nancy and I have been an animal lover since I was a little girl. We had dogs, cats, rabbits, birds growing up. Interactions with animals comes instinctively. I was always asked to be the animal sitter for neighbors, friends and family. Currently, I spend time daily feeding feral/community cats. I also get them spayed/neutered. I have a soft spot in my heart for these homeless animals. Currently, I have plenty of free time to care for animals. I also love to dog walk. I lived on the same block as my older sister for 16 yrs and we use to walk our dogs every morning before going to work. My favorite cat Boots would also walk with us part of way! He was the best cat ever! I currently rent a house with a yard in Chula Vista. I have rescued many cats over the years. I currently own 10 cats that I have rescued. I have one mom cat that recently had kittens. I make sure my cats have fresh water, dry/wet food and treats. I previously owned my home and had dogs as well. Growing up, we always had pets. I am kind, compassionate, responsible and care deeply for animals. Taking care of animals would be fun and a good fit in my daily lifestyle.

“Lori is my favorite sitter! She is thoughtful, trustworthy, and overall takes great care of my dogs. She was also communicative about my dogs behavior while they were with her, and she was very patient with one of my dogs misbehaving a little. I can rest easy whenever my dogs are with her!”

“Marissa and Joshua were absolutely wonderful! They were attentive and loving to my furry friends Jadoo and Beau. Marissa even gave Beau a hair cut! My furry friends have returned to me feeling well-looked after. I will definitely leave them with Marissa again when I need to.”

“Scout had an awesome experience with Kenia's in-home boarding while I was away. I got daily updates and pics, which really put me at ease, and my dog looked so happy and comfortable the whole time. Came home to a super relaxed pup, couldn’t ask for more! Communication before and during boarding was optimal, highly recommended!”

“Dominique really saved my week by agreeing to a last minute booking when I unexpectedly had to rearrange my travel plans and find a place to board my dog the same day. She is friendly and great with dogs. I was worried about how my dog would get along with hers, but Dominique is an amazing pack leader and managed everything without incident. I appreciated the daily photos and updates with details of how my dog spent her day, how she was eating, and sleeping. I would definitely recommend Dominique as a dog sitter, and if I ever need a sitter in the future I will definitely reach out to her again! Thank you Dominique!”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the way I treat every pet like family while tailoring care to their unique needs. I have hands-on experience with both energetic puppies who need consistent training and gentle guidance, as well as senior pets who may require extra patience, medication reminders, and comfort. I focus on creating a safe, calm environment where pets feel loved and secure, even when their owners are away. Whether it’s reinforcing good habits, providing lots of play and exercise, or offering slow walks and cuddles for older pets, I adapt to what each furry friend needs. My goal is to make sure they’re not only cared for, but genuinely happy. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I am home full-time with no other job commitments. This allows me to give pets my full attention throughout the day In my home, pets enjoy a clean, bug-free space with a fenced backyard for safe play and exercise. I provide fresh water, regular breaks, and lots of attention.
