Hana can be very anxious and temperamental, but Lori exceeded our expectations and was able to form a bond with her quickly. We usually avoid boarding Hana at larger facilities because she becomes overwhelmed and overly anxious. However, Lori was able to provide Hana with much more intimate care where she felt safer. Lori provided daily updates showing us that Hana was active and well taken care of. This made it much easier to feel at ease while we are on vacation. We will certainly be using her again.”

While we were away, Brian sent daily updates and pictures of their day with Penny and Goose, and even tried to help Penny through a limp she got just before our trip. He was also so kind to buy extra food pouches for our dogs. Brian and Adriana have a quiet, calm, and peaceful home, and their warm and friendly demeanor quickly won over our little guy, Goose, who can sometimes be standoffish around new humans. Brian and Adriana truly treated Penny and Goose like their own, I don’t think even they wanted to leave when it was time to go home :) 10/10 recommend and will book, again!! About: I have more than 25 years of animal care experience assisting veterinarians to perform health examinations and provide supportive care. I’m recently retired and available for pet sitting 24/7/365. I keep active by riding my mountain bike through out San Diego County and swimming laps in the pool. Your pets will have inside/outside access to our home. A large fenced in backyard and covered patio provide plenty of room and shade for exercise and taking care of business. My first dog was a schnauzer, and I cared for her all the way into her senior years, so I’m comfortable with both playful pups and older dogs who need extra patience and attentiveness. During COVID, our lab had a litter of six puppies, so I have hands on experience with puppy care, feeding schedules, and managing lots of energy in the cutest way possible. I’ve also been around cats for many years. Before I moved away, my family rescued a Siamese kitten who still needed milk from her mother. About: I had multiple animals growing up from a Shit Zu to a German Shepard, rabbit to a ferret, and I developed a love for animals at a young age. About: I’ve taken care of neighborhood dogs as well as my own two dogs for the last 4 years. I have a very flexible schedule, available Monday-Sunday anytime. I am an extremely active person, long walks and play time is something I am more than capable of providing. Hana can be very anxious and temperamental, but Lori exceeded our expectations and was able to form a bond with her quickly. We usually avoid boarding Hana at larger facilities because she becomes overwhelmed and overly anxious. However, Lori was able to provide Hana with much more intimate care where she felt safer. Lori provided daily updates showing us that Hana was active and well taken care of. This made it much easier to feel at ease while we are on vacation. We will certainly be using her again.”

We needed a sitter for Penny and Goose on short notice and, to our luck, Brian had availability and was so responsive that we were able to squeeze in a meet-and-greet and schedule the booking with him in the short time before our trip. While we were away, Brian sent daily updates and pictures of their day with Penny and Goose, and even tried to help Penny through a limp she got just before our trip. He was also so kind to buy extra food pouches for our dogs. Brian and Adriana have a quiet, calm, and peaceful home, and their warm and friendly demeanor quickly won over our little guy, Goose, who can sometimes be standoffish around new humans. Brian and Adriana truly treated Penny and Goose like their own, I don’t think even they wanted to leave when it was time to go home :) 10/10 recommend and will book, again!! I’m very attentive and make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owner is away. I follow routines closely, whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, or just giving them attention and companionship. I treat every pet like my own and always make sure they’re happy, clean, and cared for. Right now I have a very flexible schedule, so pet sitting fits easily into my daily routine. I’m able to be available most times of the day, which allows me to give pets the time, attention, and care they deserve. Since my schedule isn’t packed, I can focus on making sure each pet is comfortable, safe, and well taken care of while their owners are away. When I’m caring for pets at home, I make sure they get plenty of food, fresh water, exercise, and attention throughout the day. I take them on at least two or three walks during the day and make sure they get lots of playtime so they stay active and happy. I also keep their space clean, make sure feeding schedules are followed, and give them plenty of attention so they feel comfortable. At night I make sure they have a safe, comfortable place to sleep and that they’re settled in for the night. In the morning I repeat the routine by checking their food and water, taking them out for a walk, and making sure they start the day happy and well cared for.
