Additionally, I have extensive experience with utilizing operant conditioning and positive reinforcement to shape and modify behavior. I’m recently retired and available for pet sitting 24/7/365. I stay active by walking dogs around the neighborhood and riding my mountain bike through out San Diego County. Your pets will have inside/outside access to our home. A large fenced in backyard and covered patio provide plenty of room and shade for recreation or relaxation. Our home is furnished with dog “friendly” furniture and provides a safe comfortable space to relax and snooze away the afternoon.

About: I’ve loved dogs ever since I was young. Ever since I was a teenager I enjoyed walking my family, friends, and neighbors’ dogs. I have experience with dogs of all ages and many different breeds I am available to walk, board, or visit your dog all days of the week. I prefer to be notified at least a day in advance so I can properly schedule and prepare to care for your dog. I have a large backyard with clear space for the dogs to around and play. There is open space in the living room for dogs to relax, with room for dog beds or anything else they arrive with. This space is gated off from the rest of the house for safety. There’s enough room to separate the dogs from one another if they need space.

About: Hello🤗! I’ve been caring for dogs since I was a little girl. I’ve honestly always had some type of dog in my life. My first dog was a schnauzer, and I cared for her all the way into her senior years, so I’m comfortable with both playful pups and older dogs who need extra patience and attentiveness. During COVID, our lab had a litter of six puppies, so I have hands on experience with puppy care, feeding schedules, and managing lots of energy in the cutest way possible. I’ve also been around cats for many years. Before I moved away, my family rescued a Siamese kitten who still needed milk from her mother. We actually found her in a tennis court, and helping care for her from such a young age taught me how attentive, patient, and gentle you have to be with cats. Since then, I’ve become very comfortable understanding different cat personalities I’ve come across, from shy and cautious to playful and affectionate. Recently, a friend trusted me to stay in their home and care for their dog for a week and a half, and that experience made me realize how much I genuinely enjoy this. It did not feel like a job. It felt natural and fulfilling. That is when I decided to take pet sitting more seriously. I am also very active and love going on morning runs, so high energy dogs are more than welcome. I enjoy structured walks, playtime, and making sure every pup gets the physical and mental stimulation they need. I am located in a very dog friendly neighborhood with wide sidewalks, grassy areas, designated walking paths, and convenient potty stations. It is a safe and spacious environment for structured walks and comfortable exploration. Above all, I am attentive, reliable, and big on communication. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, loved, and cared for while keeping you fully at ease. I currently have a flexible schedule and can dedicate time to caring for your pets throughout the day. I make sure feeding times, walks, playtime, and check-ins fit naturally into my routine so your pet receives consistent care and attention. I’m reliable with schedules and always prioritize your pet’s comfort and routine while you’re away. Safety and comfort are my top priorities when caring for pets. About: My senior dog was my very best friend and companion. I adopted him when my cousin wasn't able to care for him anymore. He passed away last May at the age of 14 after battling ongoing diseases/old age. We walked every day and he also had a big fenced garden to play in. I will make sure your dog has all the attention they need, plenty of restroom breaks, and their daily walks. I will treat them as my own furry friend. I am a stay at home mom and am available throughout the day to ensure they receive the attention they need. I am able to give your dog their daily routine, potty breaks, feeding times, and walks/playtime/exercise as needed. I will care for them as my own and make sure they feel at home. I have a fenced backyard with plenty of grass to play in. I have a 4 year old who is very good with animals because he grew up with my senior dog when he was born. I have doggy beds/couches for your dog to sit/sleep on. I no longer have my senior dog with me so it will be just me and my 4 year old. I am available at all times of the day since I stay at home and can monitor your companion.

About: I enjoy long walks on the beach and making sure your best friend never gets lonely! I've dog-sat over 4-day weekends before, checked-in on pets in houses, and helped take care of dogs of all sizes during the day. I set timers for feeding, and routinely check on how your friend is doing over the course of the day. I'm an avid exerciser, and would love to both walk and run with your dog by my side! I prefer not to host most dogs at my house because my roommate is a bit fearful of larger pets, but I'm more than happy to take care of your friend either outside or at your place, just let me know where and when! (if you have a small dog, I may be able to host them at my house though!) I work from home and try to get up hourly to move around or stretch. Pet sitting keeps me motivated to move around and make sure your best friend gets their needs throughout the day! About: Hey! My name is Chris… also known as Cherry’s Dad. I am very enthusiastic about people’s pets, have had dogs my entire life and will continue to be a dog person forever and ever. Fun fact: my mom owns a dog grooming shop in LA! I’ve worked a lot in the shop and have handled literally hundreds of pet dogs. After 15 years in corporate, I’m now a Business owner with flexibility in my schedule. I walk my own pet 3 times a day, and frequently take breaks to complete my put duties! At home, I pay attention to the dogs signals and adjust accordingly - are they happy? Nervous? Thirsty? Whining? I speak pretty good dog by listening. During walks, I never allow strangers, especially children, to approach someone’s dog I am in control of who isn’t mine.
