“Eylana was very responsive and reliable. She watched our dog Lily at our house for the weekend, when we ended up staying out of town longer than anticipated, she was flexible and cared for Lily another night. Didn’t have to worry at all, she sent pics and updates all weekend.”

“Jalen does such a great job keeping my kiddos happy! And his communication is great!! Jalen is my go to sitter. I don’t stress when I’m away because I know they are in good hands.”
“TLDR; Alexandra is an amazing pet sitter and I am so grateful she was able to take care of my senior girls. She stayed with my girls and was super attentive with many photo updates as I was away. 100% recommend her for you senior dog boarding/walking needs. I had some work trips and a personal trip planned for the week and my other pet sitter moved back to the east coast. I had to find someone and came across Alexandra's profile. She came over for a meet and greet and my girls warmed up to her right away. I have senior dogs and one of them is blind and needs eye drops to keep her eyes. Alexandra was super detailed and made sure to follow all directions and text me with any questions she had. She was always on time, always responded fast and my girls were extremely comfortable the whole time I was gone, which was really important for me. At this point in my dogs lives I just want them to be comfortable and keep their daily routine unchanged, which Alexandra did to a T. I would 100% recommend Alexandra to take care of your senior dogs. She has the demeanor, candor and attention to detail that someone who cares about their dogs will want. You won't be disappointed!”

About: I’ve grown up around dogs since I was 6 years old. My family plus my extended family has always had dogs. I’ve baby sat dogs since I was in elementary school and I love to play and walk with dogs 🐶. Outside of the parents I will be your dog’s new best friend 😁 I’m a part-time ER nurse so I only work twice/week. I try to be as outdoorsy as I can and I’d love to have a good doggo companion to go for walks/runs with Dogs are family. Dogs here will be treated as such. I’ve always fed my dogs on a consistent schedule (your dog will eat on whatever schedule you want them fed) and I will take them for walks and I have a yard where dogs can run free and crazy!
“Mia was attentive, responsible, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. She followed all instructions perfectly and sent regular updates (including adorable photos).”

About: The family pet/s has always been my favorite part of any party. I am a firm believer that all animals deserve compassion, respect, and most importantly, belly rubs. I'm currently enrolled in college and am working more flexible jobs in order to dedicate time to my education, but my schedule has plenty of room for your furry friend! Every animal has their own personality and quirks, and I am delighted to accommodate and entertain any that yours may have in addition to providing food, walks, and attention whenever wanted.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs starting at the age of 12. I bathed, fed, loved on, and walked them. Can’t wait to gain your trust in taking care of your fur babies. I’m currently unemployed and this is a way for me to get back into the job force. I’ll be available anytime. I love animals and can’t wait to gain your trust. I’m offering to stay at the client’s house that way there dog(s) can be in a familiar environment and not have to worry about adapting to a change in scenery. I believe that will decrease any risk of stress added to your pets.
“Jaylen did an amazing job with our pups while we were out of town! She followed their routine to a T and made sure to send us updates regularly. We know who to reach out should we need help again in the future. Thank you Jaylen!”

“We have booked Jada many times for dog walks and once again she did a great job! This time we booked in house dog sitting and she was super helpful and accommodating. Thanks again!”

About: Hi, I’m Alex — a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. My two beloved furry companions recently passed, and caring for animals has always been such a meaningful part of my daily life. Opening my heart and home to other pets feels like a beautiful way to continue sharing that love, connection, and joy. I have experience with: • Puppies through senior dogs • High-energy and working breeds • Medication routines and special care needs • Long walks, trail adventures, and playtime that keeps pups happy and fulfilled

About: I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician with a lifetime of experience caring for dogs and cats of all shapes, sizes, and ages. My journey in pet care has been both professional and deeply personal. I spent 18 wonderful years with my cat, Figaro, whom I hand-raised from just one week old, and 12 years with my beloved Maltese/Yorkie mix. DISCLAIMER: As a Licensed RVT, I offer high-level pet sitting for families who need a professional touch. Please note: My services through Rover are strictly for supportive, non-medical care. While I am highly skilled in medication administration and emergency stabilization, I only perform these tasks under the direction of the owner and the protocol of their primary veterinarian. I do not provide independent medical diagnosis or treatment. I bring an experienced eye for detail to every visit. While I am not at your home to diagnose or treat, my background makes me an expert at observing subtle changes in behavior, appetite, or comfort. I am exceptionally comfortable following your veterinarian’s exact medication schedules and ensuring your pet’s specific routine is maintained to a T. I love creating a cozy 'safety bubble' where your pets can truly thrive! Trust is built on a foundation of love and consistency, so I make sure to move at your pet’s unique pace to ensure they feel confident and secure. Whether it’s scanning our path on walks or double-checking that their indoor environment is secure, hazard-free, and calm, I’m always looking out for their well-being. My goal is to be a familiar, joyful presence that keeps their tail wagging and your heart at ease! ❤️🐾
About: Dogs have enriched my life in every possible way, and I’ve had the privilege of caring for them through every stage—from lively puppies to gentle seniors. I’ve worked with high-energy dogs who thrive on patient, positive training; calm companions who enjoy a quiet scratch and steady routine; and neglected or abused pups who need extra time, attention, and compassion to feel safe and blossom. Each dog I’ve cared for has taught me something new and added more love to my life than I could ever return. Today, I share my home with Zoey and Lola, my wonderful senior dogs, and I’m excited to extend my experience, reliability, and genuine care to other families and their pups. I have a flexible schedule and I am available to visit your home during the weekdays or weekends. I would request notice a day in advance but I am open to emergency requests as well. I will respect your requests as I visit your home following feeding, walking and other instructions to make your pup comfortable and ensure they feel safe and well cared for.
“Shannon is the greatest sitter! She is so kind, sweet and loving. Shannon house sat for me and took care of Roxy for an entire day. She helped me when I was in a pinch! Roxy and I had a successful meet and greet with her the day before. Roxy loves her! Shannon gave me both picture and text updates throughout the day. She really had to navigate Roxy's nuances and personality since it was their first sit together and Roxy has separation anxiety. When I came home Roxy was very happy and not in distress which shows me that she had a great day. I will definitely be booking Shannon again!”

“Kelly did a fabulous job with our fursome 4 (2 dogs and 2 cats) whilst we were on vacation. When we had one dog and a cat it was easier to make arrangements for someone to come by for the cat and to board the dog. Having 4 pets that is not practical. Kelly lived close to our location and had only good reviews so we reached out. She is retired so she is more available than some others other Rover providers. Her prices seemed fair so we contacted her and made arrangements for her to visit. I am I repeat user of Rover's services, but was unaware of that their Associates were available for house sitting, not just animal daycare and Pet Care in their home but in my home. We are so happy with Kelly's work and the job that she's done, we will certainly check and with her when we plan our next vacation. We highly recommend her for her thoroughness and care of our beloved furr friends.”

About: I don’t have any other pet experience except for my own but I have taken care of my family friends dog when they were out of town. I’ve taken care of small dogs and large dogs like pit bulls, Labradors, chihuahuas, and poodles. I’ve taken care of senior dogs which meant being extra gentle with the doggies. My schedule is flexible so I have all the time in the world to take care and spend time with your pets! I love all dogs and all cats. I don’t have any pets anymore but I have a large backyard with a concrete wall and fences so they won’t be able to escape anywhere. But I do have crates if needed and bowls for water and food. I also have leashes too for the walks.

Vanessa watched my two (very complicated) dogs for 5 days. It takes them a little bit of time for them to warm up to knew people, especially in the home, but Vanessa was patient with them and now they love her! I got pictures and updates everyday, which also eased my mind. I also came home to a very nice clean apartment! Thank you, Vanessa! Dexter and Deedee can't wait to see you again soon :)
Rachel was a wonderful cat & house sitter. She took such amazing care of our cats and showed them lots of love. Her daily updates were always a joy to read and captured beautiful pictures of our cats and really got to understand their personalities. She consistently went above and beyond without being asked. She is very sweet, very professional, and well prepared, we felt at ease when it came to leave. Would highly recommend Rachel to anyone in the future and will definitely be booking with her again!

Our dogs, who can be difficult, love Jalen. He takes the best care of them. He knows how to handle challenging breeds. Our dogs are sweethearts, but they need people who understand their temperament. When we come home from a trip, they are just loving on Jalen. He’s such a good sitter. I’d highly recommend anyone.

Eylana took care of 4 dogs in 1 booking and took on the challenge better than a pro! She made sure our “kids” all had their food, pets and walks, but took on the additional needs of the two elderly dogs messy accidents. I would rebook Eylana every time and know my babies are in great hands always. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Nyah is one of the best sitters I’ve had for my dogs! My 2 dogs are nervous around new people and they warmed up very quickly to Nyah. She sent regular updates and took amazing care of the pups! They got lots of walks and cuddles. I would definitely recommend reaching out if you are looking for a great sitter!

Mellania has pet sit for us before - this time we asked her to also watch our son’s 1-year old dog who can be quite a bit to handle. She did amazing. She is calm, firm with commands, and ensures all pets are safe and happy. We have a high level of trust with Mellania!

This was our first experience using Rover and the first time having a dog sitter that wasn't a family member or close friend. And it was seriously the best experience! Emma loved on our fur babies like they were her own. She walked them once or twice a day for 30 min, took pics of them on walks, brushed them multiple times all of her own accord. She sent many pictures and videos of the dogs for my peace of mind and kept us fully updated on everything. I never had to check in or wonder about them at all! She stayed in our house with them, and when we returned, I could barely tell anybody had been here all weekend! We will 100% be using her in the future for our dog sitting needs!
