About: Hello🤗! I’ve been caring for dogs since I was a little girl. I’ve honestly always had some type of dog in my life. My first dog was a schnauzer, and I cared for her all the way into her senior years, so I’m comfortable with both playful pups and older dogs who need extra patience and attentiveness. During COVID, our lab had a litter of six puppies, so I have hands on experience with puppy care, feeding schedules, and managing lots of energy in the cutest way possible. I’ve also been around cats for many years. Before I moved away, my family rescued a Siamese kitten who still needed milk from her mother. I’ve taken care over my family members dog when they’re out of town and each dog very different but i’m always able to gain their trust, be one of their companions and build a relationship that evolves into fun play dates and amazing walks to the park or around neighborhood. My dog who is a german shepherd, is now in her elderly stage meaning medication administration, short walks and feeding plays a huge part of her daily life. About: Hello🤗! I’ve been caring for dogs since I was a little girl. I’ve honestly always had some type of dog in my life. My first dog was a schnauzer, and I cared for her all the way into her senior years, so I’m comfortable with both playful pups and older dogs who need extra patience and attentiveness. During COVID, our lab had a litter of six puppies, so I have hands on experience with puppy care, feeding schedules, and managing lots of energy in the cutest way possible. I’ve also been around cats for many years. Before I moved away, my family rescued a Siamese kitten who still needed milk from her mother. We actually found her in a tennis court, and helping care for her from such a young age taught me how attentive, patient, and gentle you have to be with cats. Since then, I’ve become very comfortable understanding different cat personalities I’ve come across, from shy and cautious to playful and affectionate. Recently, a friend trusted me to stay in their home and care for their dog for a week and a half, and that experience made me realize how much I genuinely enjoy this. It did not feel like a job. It felt natural and fulfilling. That is when I decided to take pet sitting more seriously. I am also very active and love going on morning runs, so high energy dogs are more than welcome. I enjoy structured walks, playtime, and making sure every pup gets the physical and mental stimulation they need. I am located in a very dog friendly neighborhood with wide sidewalks, grassy areas, designated walking paths, and convenient potty stations. It is a safe and spacious environment for structured walks and comfortable exploration. Above all, I am attentive, reliable, and big on communication. Hana can be very anxious and temperamental, but Lori exceeded our expectations and was able to form a bond with her quickly. We usually avoid boarding Hana at larger facilities because she becomes overwhelmed and overly anxious. However, Lori was able to provide Hana with much more intimate care where she felt safer. Lori provided daily updates showing us that Hana was active and well taken care of. This made it much easier to feel at ease while we are on vacation. We will certainly be using her again.”
