About: In addition to having two senior pets and a cat of my own, I currently work as a veterinary assistant at an emergency animal hospital, where I care for pets in urgent situations and have experience recognizing signs of illness, administering treatments and keeping animals calm and comfortable during stressful times. I also previously worked as a client care representative at an animal specialty hospital, where I developed a strong understanding of pet health, client communication, and the importance of compassionate care. Moreover, I volunteer as a dog walker at the San Diego Humane Society and at a pig sanctuary, which has given me experience working with animals of all sizes, ages, personalities, and energy levels. Whether I'm caring for a playful puppy who needs consistency and patience or a senior pet who requires a gentler routine and extra attention, I tailor my care to each pet's individual needs. I treat every pet like my own and keep owners updated with photos and messages so they can feel confident their fur baby is in caring, knowledgeable hands. I am in hospital during the late afternoons and evenings from Sunday through Wednesday. This means I'm available for morning and midday visits on those days, as well as more flexible availability Thursday through Saturday. I keep my Rover calendar up to date and communicate clearly about my availability. When I'm caring for your pet, I make sure they receive the attention, exercise, enrichment, and affection they need while sticking as closely as possible to their normal routine. I am willing and receptive to any wishes, rules and specifications when it comes to ensuring the safety and happiness of your fur baby! I encourage communication and would love to share photos and updates of our walks and adventures!

About: Dogs have always been in my life ever since I was a little girl. I have years of experience of having my own pets and as well as taking care of my friends or family’s furry animals! I’ve walked, bathed, played and have taken care of their animals endless amount of times. I’m currently a full time student and a part time worker. Depending on the day my schedule may be a little complicated. Yet I do still have free moments throughout my days and nights! In a clients home it’s important for me to ensure both the client and their pet feel trust in letting me into their personal space. Understanding I am in someone else’s safe space, I’ll always obey by the rules that they have with in their house and respect them. For their furry animal it’s important for them to know I’m a friend that is wanting to play and treat them no different then how their owner would, with love.

About: I’ve always had a special love for dogs. I currently have two German Shepherds and grew up with a Maltese and other dogs in my family. I’ve also dog sat for friends and have experience caring for dogs with special needs, including administering diabetic injections. I started dog sitting with my mom through Rover, where we cared for dogs of all different breeds, sizes, and personalities. I believe every pet does best when they’re given patience, consistency, and the opportunity to feel comfortable at their own pace. Whether they’re staying with me or I’m caring for them in their home, I’ll make sure they have a calm environment where they can feel secure. I’m attentive to each pet’s individual personality and will give them as much playtime, affection, or space as they need. My goal is for them to feel relaxed and well cared for while you’re away.
