About: I am a full-time dog lover! I would love to have a little ranch filled with puppies, but my husband won't have it! So, dog sitting is a nice concession! I've been a pet owner for over 10 years, but grew up in a family of dog lovers. I'm naturally a care giver, and love to ensure the comfort of pets in my care at all times! I'm familiar with dogs of all shapes and sizes, although I prefer smaller breeds as my pooches do best with dogs of their size. We have a large fenced in yard, perfect for our furry friends to get a great dose of exercise and sunshine! Very pet-friendly neighborhood with a dog park onsite, as well. Your pooch is sure to enjoy a stay at our place! My husband and I share the responsibility of caring for our pet guests.

I’ve been caring for animals since I was 13, starting with regular drop in care for a neighbor’s golden retriever while they were out of town. I grew up with an active pointer, which gave me a strong appreciation for high energy dogs that thrive on long walks, exploration, and mental stimulation. Whether your dog needs a multi mile walk or hike to burn energy, a structured walk with training reinforcement, or a slow sniff filled stroll at their own pace. I’m happy to meet them where they’re at! I also have hands on experience with small breeds and special needs dogs, including IVDD care. I currently care for a 4 yr old weenie diagnosed with IVDD, so I understand the importance of gentle handling, monitoring movement and strain, & keeping walks safe, calm, and low impact. For pups who enjoy a little extra motivation, I can provide high quality treats (with owner approval, of course). I typically bring air dried, minimally processed options and occasionally natural chews such as dried duck feet or beef tendons for enrichment. In addition to dogs, I’m very comfortable with cats. I currently have a 5 yr old cat, Artemis, and previously cared for a diabetic cat, so I’m confident handling feeding routines, medications, and more attentive care needs. My goal is always to make your pet feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for like they’re hanging out with someone they already know. I’m available Tuesday - Sunday for most hours of the day, with a flexible schedule that allows me to prioritize drop ins and walks around your pet’s routine. Whether your pet needs a morning visit, midday walk, or evening check in, I’m able to accommodate a wide range of times. I especially enjoy longer walks for high energy dogs and can dedicate the time needed for multi mile walks, enrichment, or a slower paced visit depending on your pet’s needs. About: I’ve been a dog owner for over 13 years and grew up with dogs my entire life! I’ve taken care over my family members dog when they’re out of town and each dog very different but i’m always able to gain their trust, be one of their companions and build a relationship that evolves into fun play dates and amazing walks to the park or around neighborhood. My dog who is a german shepherd, is now in her elderly stage meaning medication administration, short walks and feeding plays a huge part of her daily life. I have experience with all ages and personalities with pets and always have room to experience and meet all your loving pets! I’m currently transferring to SDSU at the end of August so my availability is limited for now for only pet walks but will change asap. I have a fenced yard with plenty of grass to run, relax and relief themselves with room to stretch their legs and sunbathe. I have a patio out their as well for them to lay on.

About: Hi all! I’m Nathan, a San Diego native that grew up in an animal-loving household. We have cared for all kinds animals for as long as I can remember, and there hasn’t been a moment in my life where we did not have a furry, scaly or feathery companion in our home. Fast-forward to now: My partner and I live locally in Chula Vista where we care for our 3 amazing cats together (Hammie, Tuna and Anny). In my free time I enjoy listening to live music, running and golfing. As a local runner I know all the amazing trails and safe routes to take your pet on an a journey we will both thoroughly enjoy. I mostly work from home which happily allows me the flexibility to care for your pets when you are unable to. My calendar should be up to date for weekend availability as well I will follow any instructions you leave me and communicate with you every step of the way. She is incredibly happy and well behaved because of the love and care I have for her which I want to spread and treat other animals with as well! I also love to take care, watch over, and walk my friends' dogs as well. I understand all dogs have their own personalities and routines, so I am always sure to follow those routines to keep your pets happy! My schedule is highly flexible with my availability being all days of the week. Monday and Wednesdays I have slightly less flexible hours for dog walking, but for day and night sitting it's all fine! I have a spacious, fenced front yard and a viewing area where I can watch all animals at all times to keep everyone safe and happy! For day and night sitting, I am sure to be extremely careful of your space and to follow any specific routines your furry friend may need!

About: I once fed a stray dog for a year. I love cats and dogs very much, and so do my families. It’s not easy to be a pet keeper. You have to get up early to walk your dog. I'm a student now, and I'm a reserve navy.so my hours are flexible. I usually get up at 7 and available for the whole day or overnight. We have yard and fenced and pool of available for pet. Although I haven’t had any pets of my own, I have been lucky enough to walk a handful of dogs over the past few years. I have dog-sitted for close friends and family and have been walking on Rover specifically for almost 2 years now. My clients have ranged from mini schnauzers to huskies so I am more than capable of accommodating to what your doggo needs! If there are any special requests or accommodations for your pet, I am confident I can learn quickly and become very familiar with how to care for them with as much love as I can! I have just graduated from college so my mornings during the week are pretty free! I have a part-time job that has me coming in 2x a week so my schedule varies by the week, but I always stay on top of updating this accordingly as well as communicating this so there should be no problems! Lastly, I am part of an adult professional dance team that occasionally has performances and competitions, sometimes out of town. If there are any days I am not available due to this, I will always make adjustments in advance. In a client’s home, I will remain entirely respectful and thoughtful of the client’s comfortability as I am in their place of residence and what they consider a safe space for their pets. I will always abide by any requests regarding their home, whether that be about access to certain areas, cleanliness, or any other matter. I will always prioritize the safety and emotional wellbeing of the pet whilst also making sure the client can feel confident putting their trust in me around their home.
