I’ve also dog sat for friends and have experience caring for dogs with special needs, including administering diabetic injections. About: My name is Stephanie. I would love to help you with your pet sitting needs! I am a registered vet tech for 10+ years now. I have a German Short Haired Pointers name Fox-14.5 years old. He’s my old man. I am well trained in working with not only dogs and cats but with exotic pets as well which include birds, guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrets, bearded dragons etc. I also am trained in administering medication if needed which include pills and insulin injections. Please reach out for your future travel plans! I currently work at a clinic where my schedule are 10 hour shifts on Sunday-Wednesday. If your pets need to be crated during the day on the days I work, be advised I will only have about a 30 min break to let them out during the day before returning to work. I have been a registered veterinary technician since 2009. I’ve worked with many different breeds of not only cats and dogs but pocket pets, avians and reptiles as well. About: I have had dogs pretty much my entire life, and I have cared for other people’s dogs multiple times through Rover. My puppies are very friendly, and we spend lots of time at dog parks and on walks. I am very active, attentive, and out household loves couch snuggles! I make my own schedule, so I can run home to let dogs out, take them for walks, and feed them whenever they need! I work close to home as well, so I never leave for very long. I care for pets in other’s home in the same way I care for pets in my home: with lots of love and toys! I keep my home clean, but I always have dog toys around the house.

About: One thing about me is I always will care for your furbaby with the same love and attention that I give my fur baby! I’ve owned only two dogs in my lifetime, and I’ve been around countless doggies from my family and friends. I feel you should receive the same kind of care for your pet that a childcare would provide for a child. Meaning, I will nurture and respect their boundaries as I would if I was taking care of a child because I believe in building trust before asserting any kind of movements around your dog/furbaby. Also I will follow any instructions given to provide the best care for your pup. I’m able to have my availability open Monday through Friday and open all day on the weekends to provide my services. This would allow me to care for your fur babies when you need it the most! (Schedule subject to change soon with new job starting week of Oct. 20th) For my own pet I make sure she has what she needs like food, water, treats and playtime. Also most importantly I make sure her potty break needs are met (even though she’s potty trained to go pee on the pee pad). In my clients home I will always make sure the dog receives the care I’m instructed to give and a whole lot of love and cuddles.
