Carolina was absolutely amazing! This was our first time ever leaving our cat, BMO, and our first time having someone other than us care for her, so we were definitely nervous. Carolina made the entire experience so much easier and more comfortable than we expected. She sent a ton of photos, videos, and updates throughout the weekend, which we absolutely loved. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing how BMO was doing while we were away. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and she always made us feel like BMO was in great hands. Carolina didn’t just stop by to complete the required visits and leave. She spent time with BMO, played with her, gave her treats, and helped her feel comfortable which is exactly what we were hoping for, she helped socialize her. BMO is very shy around new people, but after the first day she was already coming out of her shell, accepting pets, and engaging in playtime. Carolina followed all of our instructions perfectly and exceeded our expectations in every way. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, communicative, and caring pet sitter.
