Frances provided exceptional care for our two senior dogs, including one recovering from illness. She took detailed notes about the medication schedule before we left, then kept us updated, so we knew she'd gotten her meds. She left our house spotlessly clean - even cleaner than we'd left it! Frances followed all our instructions perfectly and sent updates exactly as requested. We'd absolutely love to have her watch our dogs and home again!
My dogs took to Frances really quickly, which is by far the most important indicator for me. She listened and took note of every instruction for their care, which was really comforting. I'm rebooking her for a longer stay next week. Thanks Frances!
