About: Experienced Pet Lover — From Small Animals to XXL Dogs 🐾 I’ve been caring for animals for over 10 years, and taking care of pets has always been a big part of my life. I raised my Great Dane from a puppy and have a huge heart for big dogs, puppies, and animals of all sizes. Over the years, I’ve cared for my own Great Dane, bunny rabbit, and cat, as well as pet-sat for other dogs and cats. I was also raised in a household with Siberian Huskies, so I’ve been around dogs and animals from a young age. I enjoy building a bond with every pet I care for and have experience with basic training as well. I taught my Great Dane commands such as sit, stay, spin, and shake. I also litter-box trained my bunny and taught my cat to sit for a treat. I’m comfortable caring for everything from small animals to XXL dogs, and I’m also open to caring for reptiles and other pets. Whether your pet is a playful puppy, a gentle giant, a curious cat, or a smaller animal that needs extra attention, I’ll treat them with the same care, patience, and love I give my own pets. Your pets are family, and I’ll do my best to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. 🐶🐱🐰🦎❤️ I currently work from home, so my schedule is very flexible and allows me to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m available for frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, and any special care or attention your pet may need. There is always someone home, so your pet won’t be left alone for long periods of time. I don’t currently have any pets of my own after losing my dog last October, and I’m looking forward to being able to share that love and companionship with other people’s pets. I’m also available for early morning and evening walks, as well as flexible care throughout the week. My goal is to make your pet feel comfortable, loved, and right at home while you’re away. I’m happy to care for pets in my home or in my client’s home, depending on the service needed. While I don’t have a fenced-in yard, I’m happy to take dogs out on a leash for regular potty breaks and walks. I also have space for a crate if your dog prefers having their own quiet space to relax. There are currently no pets in my home, so your pet can have my full attention and won’t have to worry about sharing their space with other animals.
About: Dogs have always been in my life. I volunteered at Animal Lifeline for 8 years and had a dog daycare of my own for a while. Dogs are everything and I’d be honored to love on yours. I currently work full time from home so doggie day care is definitely doable! My day ends at 3 pm so I can be that late afternoon or evening potty break or walk. Weekends have potential as well with pre-arranged time and notice. Should your dog(s) stay with me during the day, I have a fenced yard and no carpet in case of oopsies! If you request that I come to your house I am very reliable, responsible and respectful. I can guarantee a boat load of scritches and belly rubs as well as time for “business”.

About: NOTE: Off during summer, but I work weekdays throughout the school year. Still available during school, but pets will be at home without me on weekdays for about 7 hours. I have owned and cared for dogs for over 25 years. I have cared for small dogs <25 pounds all the way up to large sized Great Danes > 200 pounds. I have been fostering dogs for Safe Paws Iowa for the past 4 years. I am available for a large portion of the summer because I only coach softball outside of the school year. I am very active and would love to share that energy with dogs! Walking, jogging, or just playing in the doggy pool is no issue at all. My Golden loves to play if yours does! If not, I have the space to separate dogs too. Lastly, I have experience giving dogs meds as some of the dogs in my care have different long term conditions. Please reach out with any questions! About: Growing up on a family farm, I have had the opportunity to care for many different kinds of animals (dogs, horses, cats, chickens, goats, pigs and cows). I have taken care of family and friends dogs for the last 20 years. I have raised 5 puppies and have shown a few of them in local shows. My kids are 13 and 10 and love taking our dogs for walks, hikes and playing with them in our very large back yard. I have the ability to take your dog to either a paved or dirt trail for walks or runs. My dogs walk 4 to 5 miles a day but I can definitely make the walk shorter if needed.
