About: I’ve grown up around dogs and have always loved caring for them, always helping my mom and sister with their own dogs. I’m comfortable with dogs of different sizes, personalities, and energy levels, and I enjoy giving them plenty of attention, playtime, exercise, and companionship. My classes only run until about 11am-12pm, so I am free most of the day! I also would be available for early morning drop-ins. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their normal routine as consistent and comfortable as possible. I follow their feeding, walking, playtime, and medication instructions, while also giving them plenty of attention and companionship. I’m respectful of the home and make sure everything is left clean and just as I found it. I raised my Great Dane from a puppy and have a huge heart for big dogs, puppies, and animals of all sizes. Over the years, I’ve cared for my own Great Dane, bunny rabbit, and cat, as well as pet-sat for other dogs and cats. I was also raised in a household with Siberian Huskies, so I’ve been around dogs and animals from a young age. About: I have over 11 years of experience fostering & training dogs. I’m experienced with puppies, adults, and senior dogs, as well as anxious and/or reactive dogs. Some of my training experience includes obedience, leash walking, agility, service tasks, reactivity, separation anxiety, and scent. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
