About: I've had pets all my life and would love to care for yours too, on a temporary basis. I love to vacation and often struggle with finding a solution for my babies while I'm gone. For me my favorite choice is to have someone I know and trust stay in my home but there's hardly ever anyone available for that kind of commitment! I thought it would be awesome to be able to provide that kind of care for someone else: house/pet sitting, drop-in, or just walks/exercise. I want you to know your pets are loved and treated with gentle kindness. I recognize that I'm kind of a stranger to your babies and I'll treat them like my own and earn their trust! They'll be loved and cared for in a way that will make your absence less stressful for them and as much like their normal days as it can be while you're away. I take my responsibilities to others extremely seriously and won't be satisfied unless you are! I'm retired so my schedule is very flexible! I have availability on weekdays and weekends both. Mornings, afternoons, and evenings are fine by mutual agreement. I enjoy taking find for walks or just playing outside in the yard. On days where weather is bad, I'm happy to get the dogs outside to do their business and then play a bit indoors!

About: Born and raised a dog lover! I’ve have 5 dogs throughout my life that I have loved so dearly. I’ve grown up taking care of my friend’s dogs in HS and college. I love to go on walks, so why not bring your pup with me! I unfortunately do not have my own dog at this time with my significant other, but I hope to get one soon! I am a teacher who is taking a small step back in education to focus on my health. I know your dogs will help me A LOT during this transition, and they will be under great care. I currently live in an apartment in Des Moines, so I am also available for drop-ins to ensure your pup is comfortable at home! I am willing to travel to different to parts of the metro to help you and your pup!

About: I've cared for dogs of all different breeds, cats, birds, bearded dragons and so much more. I currently have a German Shepherd, two French bulldog, and a cat. Have administer medicine to many dogs. I'm able to keep pets separated from other pets if needed as I have two level with full access to the fenced-in yard. Capable of caring for the youngest to the oldest animals. I do have experience with very anxious dogs as well. I am currently a stay-at-home mother of two homeschooled kids with lots of free, flexible time to give your pet lots of love and attention. I have many years of experience and strive to be knowledgeable on all breeds. I have two Frenchie and a German Shepherd. If needed, I do have kennels available in all sizes, but all animals are able to roam free in my house. With a safe fenced-in back yard, we are able to have lots of play time.

About: I’ve house sat, animal sat, and dog walked since I was a teen for friends and family. I grew up on a small farm in middle of nowhere Alaska, so I have gotten to experience taking care of multiple different types of animals. I love all furry friends and even have a cat of my own, her name is Nina she is 3 years old and my best friend. If you choose me to look after your fur pal, I promise to love and care for them as if they were my own! About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats as early as I can remember. I grew up with and absolutely love both. I have 2 cats of my own and a very energetic golden retriever puppy. I have skills from 4-H with basic dog training, and I am used to administering medications with my cats and puppy. I have been training my puppy from the beginning so I have basic training skills when it comes to dogs. I am a registered nurse that works three 12 hour shifts a week. My calendar will be updated based on my varying schedule. When I’m not working, I love being outside with my dog. I am always willing to help the days I don’t work because having healthy and happy animals makes me happy. Since recently purchasing our first home, the main priority is getting that fence installed for my golden girl! Hoping to provide your pets with comfort as their humans maintain their busy lives!

About: We have been pet sitting for friends and colleagues for 2 years so thought why not join Rover and do more! Our clients love my family and we love their pets so it makes perfect sense. I have 4 kids, a small dog and two cats and my small pets just hide if a visiting pet is too much for them otherwise they don't get bothered or bother anyone else, human or pet! I work from home and I have 4 kids who love cats and dogs and love to help out with the dogs that we already provide services for. We are trusted with hideaway keys to homes to let dogs out and we run them in fenced in yards to burn energy. Then we make sure they have food and water and kennel them if applicable before we leave. In our house, visiting pets are watched over by all members of the family. Sometimes we buy them their own special toy to play with. We make sure they eat and get any meds they might need.

About: I’ve had dogs ever since I was born, we have always had 2 or more in our house. My neighbors, friends, and family have used me to watch their dogs, including feeding, letting outside, walking, and bathing. I am a full time student and am home during summer. I work remotely with very minimal and flexible hours. This allows me to be available for your dogs when they need me! I give your pets lots of attention and care for them as if there were one of mine. I go above and beyond what is asked for and make sure your furry friend is as happy as can be!

I am sorry but I do not offer bording, overnight house sitting, or doggy daycare services. I do offer dog walking and drop in visits though.
